Bay Village Schools Educate the “Whole Child” Bay Village residents place a high value on educating the “whole child.” At the Bay Village Schools, we take those core courses of math, science, social studies and language arts very seriously. At the same time, music, art, foreign language, physical education and other offerings that address the learning and development of our children are extremely important to us.
Bay Middle School students, staff and parents rake the leaves for hundreds of elderly and disabled homeowners in Bay Village every single year in their Annual Rake Out. The school marked its 22nd year for the service project in 2016.
Of course, we are proud that our students excel on regional, state and national levels in areas measured by state report cards and college entrance exams. Another source of pride is being named a Best Music Education Community in America since 2003 for our K-12 music program. We celebrate our student artists annually as they win accolades in local, regional and national art competitions.
School spirit is a priority at Bay High School. It’s One Rocket Nation mantra reminds students that they are all stronger when working together!
