We equip and connect women to deepen their faith and discover their purpose so they can disciple and lead across generations.
Illuminate is a virtual, educational ministry centered on our vision to help women change the trajectory of their lives so they can thrive in pursuit of God’s purpose. Our unique approach is built upon improving Biblical literacy, fostering spiritual growth, and promoting leadership development within an intimate, supportive environment.
Through our dynamic online cohorts and in-person connect events, women not only deepen their faith and discover their true purpose but also evolve into impactful leaders, charting a course to live a Christ-like life to the fullest.

At Providence Heights, we believe that when a woman reaches a holy crossroad— when life feels disoriented, uncertain, or weary it’s not wasted in God’s economy. It holds a sacred value and is an invitation to surrender and let God do something extraordinary. This is where sparks of renewal begin. And that’s why we created Illuminate.
Illuminate is made up of seven 18-week virtual journeys designed for the inbetween spaces of life. It’s a tent that is safe and Spirit-filled. A place where women rediscover who they are in Christ and how to walk in that identity with boldness and clarity
We don’t just offer a curated curriculum — we cultivate confessional community. Here, women speak truthfully about the past, honestly about faith, and hopefully about the future. They are seen, prayed for, challenged, and celebrated. Women don’t come to escape their story but to meet Christ within it. What begins as a Zoom call becomes a sacred space, a modern-day meeting in the tent.
And during these 18-weeks, something holy happens: small courageous moments of redemption—the glow of restoration that transforms a woman ’ s life and begins to reshape her family, church, and community. The extraordinary is revealed through Spirit-filled, ordinary acts of brave vulnerability and surrender.
We walk this journey slowly and intentionally. One cohort journey at a time because discipleship and growth takes time. It’s the renewing of the mind, the restoration of sacred trust, and the reawakening to a God who never left and whose promises are just waiting for them.
The world doesn’t need more content. It needs presence. It needs healed, discipled, Spirit-led women carrying light into places others have left behind.

This course helps you grow in spiritual depth and confidence by recognizing the power of the Holy Spirit, reclaiming your spiritual authority, and fostering healthy relationships with God, yourself, and others. You will learn to stay filled with His presence, walk in Kingdom purpose, and experience meaningful relational breakthroughs.
Spirit-Filled Spirituality – Practice recognizing the power of the Holy Spirit in your life, develop a biblical understanding of who He is, and learn how to remain filled with His presence.
Reclaiming Spiritual Authority – Cultivate discipline, embrace your prophetic voice, and walk in Kingdom authority.
Relational Breakthroughs – Foster healthier relationships with God, self, and others while addressing emotional and spiritual challenges.

If you ' ve begun to question aspects of the Christian faith or were taught that you must do big things for God to be used by Him, this cohort helps you set aside harmful ideologies and embrace a biblically grounded perspective on loving, leading, and creating like Jesus.
Breaking False Narratives – Dismantle unbiblical theology that prioritizes productivity over presence and platform over prayer by studying the hidden years and character of Jesus

In a safe and healing community, we will walk together toward restoration and renewal. This is a place to heal, grow, and develop a resilient faith that withstands life’s trials. You don’t have to walk alone.

A journey of healing love— grieving honestly, forgiving deeply, and reconnecting wholeheartedly
Do you long for deeper healing, freedom, and connection in faith and relationships? Through reflection and biblical practice, you’ll learn to lament, forgive, and trust God through friendship for spiritual renewal that leads to a freeing faith.
Learning to Lament - Suffering and pain are often avoided, yet through grieving and prevailing, we can accept grief’s invitation to deepen our love for God.
Forging Forgiveness – Explore a biblical theology of forgiveness as the key to freedom and flourishing to not make pain permissive but redemptive.
Freeing Friendship Rediscover friendship in a disconnected world, practicing trust and reconciliation to experience and extend God’s healing love.

This standard has earned us a graduate level accreditation yet is accessible to women from any educational background. We offer two options: 1) Flourish, which includes the 18week live instruction and coaching and 2) Awaken, which includes the 18-week live instruction only.

Life Coaching is one of the most transformative elements of our program. Women who choose one-on-one time with our life coaches, spiritual directors, or group coaching professionals consistently tell us how essential it has been in helping them apply what they’re learning to their real, everyday lives.
We also know that everyone ’ s journey is unique—each woman is in a different place and may need support in different areas. That’s why the FLOURISH program offers a variety of coaching options to meet you where you are
