For delegates outside Hanoi region (include IDG): Due to the transportation timeline, please make sure that your flights will arrive in Hanoi in the morning of Jan 16th and depart no sooner than 24:00 Jan 20th (we would recommend flying back the next morning!)

THE FAQs 1. The conference lasts for 4 days, but 16th to 20th Jan is 5. How may I arrange accomodation in Vietnam before and after the conference? 5 days? We’re only able to arrange accommodation for 16th January is counted as Day 0. We will transport from delegates during conference (Jan 16th – 20th). You can Hanoi to Hai Phong (conference venue) in the late check out our recommended hostels at: afternoon of Jan 16th. There will be no other activities. bit.ly/ilead17hostels 2. How many people will be in each room, will it be mixed or single gender? 6. What should we prepare for/bring to the conference? Every room is single-gender with 3-6 people per room, A detail list of things you should bring will be in the depending on its size. Mailer #3 :) 3.
