The objective of this research was to find out how to evaluate the implementation of the block grant program at Teacher Working Group of Natural Science in Gorontalo District as an effort to improve the learning process. This research used qualitative analysis approach to describe various matters related to the focus of research. The type of research was program evaluation using the CIPP (Context, Input, Process, and Product) model. The main technique of data collection applied interviews, observation and documentation of various data sources (informants) with a direct correlation with the use of block grant fund in KKG activities and their implementation in the learning process.
