Meet Your Expert Course Director Lesley Harvey, Director – The Human Edge, is an accomplished management consultant specialising in Human Resources, an author, speaker and facilitator. With over 18 years’ experience in HR, Lesley has extensive hands-on expertise in large multinational organisations based in the UK and internationally. Before moving into consultancy, her major operational roles were as HR Director for Orange (mobile phones) in Thailand and South East Asia. She worked in Orange’s international division based in London, and with the corporate global HR unit for Polygram. In these roles, she gained experience in strategic HR, operational HR process and systems design, and in global mobility and talent management. Lesley has also taken the lead in company startups, the largest of which was a telecommunications company where she managed the HR, training, health, safety and facilities management divisions and recruited not only her own team but also 2,700 staff over a period of eight months enabling the company to meet its launch dates. Most recently, Lesley has been working as a management consultant. She has a particular interest in organisational development and culture change, and has worked on several projects for large and small organisations in both start-up and operational environments including: • Organisational transformation • Job design • Development of compensation and benefits programmes • Culture change • Organisation re-structuring, strategy and culture development • Development of HR systems - Performance management - Competency models - HR policy manuals • Development and delivery of leadership development programmes • Internal communications Lesley’s international experience includes working in Thailand, Malaysia, Myanmar, Germany, Pakistan, Belgium, the UAE, Qatar, Oman, Syria, Hungary, Bahrain, Kuwait, Egypt, Saudi Arabia as well as in the UK, in industries ranging from FMCG, pharmaceuticals, retail, media, local and national government, through to telecommunications, production and banking.

Cancellation If you are unable to attend, a substitute delegate will be welcome in your place. Registrations cancelled more than 7 days before the Event are subject to a $200 administration charge.
