Moreover, he was the Project Director of major transformation Initiative engagements in companies within Abu Dhabi Water & Electricity Authority (ADWEA) Group, including Transco, Abu Dhabi National Energy Company PJSC (TAQA) and the agency’s distribution companies. Carlos co-wrote “Designing a Sound Governance System to Drive Strategic Transformation at ADWEA”, which was published in the September–October 2011 issue of Balanced Scorecard Report.
