Writing policies. Restoring homes. Changing the game. Who’s in? We’re looking for independent agents who have the same values we do. Such as getting neighbors the policies and information they need, and treating people like friends, not customers. If that’s you, let’s do some business together.
The Hearth underwrites policies through State National Insurance Company, Inc., an A.M. Best rated admitted insurance carrier.
An agency CRM where you can communicate with, convert and cross-sell to new and existing customers.

Open in all Texas zips.
Cross-Sell Increase business with easy add-ons, from auto insurance to car refinance and service warranties.
Hearth Care A team of experts and contractors who keep houses from getting worse and get them back to normal.
Thank you to all who responded to our recent lunch survey. The results were tallied and confirm that we are creatures of habit. IIAD will continue to offer 8 member luncheons throughout the year with free CE before each. However, please note that we are moving to Royal Oaks Country Club starting with our August luncheon. IIAD is also committed to bringing worthwhile speakers to the luncheons, to provide our members with information that is informative, educational or motivational. Suggestions for speakers or topics are always welcome.

Education: Attend our lectures and seminars held throughout the year and learn more about topics that regularly effect your business. Plus, FREE CE for members!
IIAD offered a new member benefit in May in the form of a ½ day Agency Workshop facilitated by Tom Doran of Reagan Consulting. The Workshop was entitled, “Helping Independent Agents stay Independent”. It included three main topic sections: Industry Update, Perpetuation Best Practices and Producer Recruitment/Development. Over 50 agency principals attended the event at Texas Mutual’s Irving regional office. Attendees heard about the macro tends within merger and acquisition activities, received metrics for becoming a Best Practices agency, and discovered useful tools for compensation and retention of producer talent. The feedback was very positive, and you will see more future events of a similar nature as a member benefit. Thank you to Bill Jackson of Texas Mutual for sharing our commitment to the Independent Agent by sponsoring this event.
