This is a virtual event via Microsoft Teams. The format is 90 minutes from 1-2:30pm with 4 Dragons made up of our members from health and social care backgrounds. There will be 4 pitches, and they have 15 minutes total per pitch: suppliers will pitch their product or technology to the Dragons for 4 minutes, and they give honest feedback and guidance for 11 minutes each.
Audience members will observe the pitches and will get together with the Dragons towards the end to give group feedback and announce the ‘winner’. Suppliers need to secure a thumbs up from the most Dragons.
Join us for a PowerHour with Kristi Adams, Founder, Attigo Coaching and Development Ltd and a CPD accredited coach specialising in healthcare leadership. IHSCM CEO Jon Wilks will interview Kristi to explore the true essence of coaching, as well as dispel common misconceptions. Following this enlightening discussion, Kristi will provide a practical demonstration of coaching in action with a volunteer.
At the end of the session, you will:
