Useful information Before leaving BOOKINGS AND MANDATORY DATA At the Travel Agency, when purchasing Costa cruises, ask to book with the CostaClick.net system: this way you will be able to check out with your Agent the best available real-time rate, the video of the chosen cabin type and the exact location on the deck. This way you can make the best choice. Please note that you will be asked for an additional sum of: (i) € 50 in case of a replacement request as per art. 7 of the general terms and conditions for tourist package contract; ii) € 50 in case of withdrawal at least 60 days prior to departure for the Total Comfort rates, 30% of the package price in the event of withdrawal at least 90 days before departure for the Basic rate, as set forth by art. 6 of the general terms and conditions for tourist package contract; (iii) € 50 if you wish to change the departure date and itinerary of your booking, made at least 60 days before departure. As governed by international regulations and in order to guarantee a smooth cruise, please remember that it is mandatory to always provide the Travel Agent with the following details, yours and of the people travelling with you, required to complete Costa’s booking and useful for offering additional services to support your holiday: • Name and surname • Date and place of birth, nationality, gender M/F • Personal cell phone number of all adults in the cabin for emergency contact only • Home address (address, Post Office Code, town, province, country) • Email Address • Number, date and place of issue, date of expiry of the Identity Document required by the itinerary • Name, surname and telephone number of a family member or friend who Costa can contact if needed during the cruise

Flex Flights special rates It is possible to book flights at promotional rates to most of our Destinations, departing from a wide range of airports, with real-time confirmation. Costa Support 24/7 is included. Airport - port transfers and vice versa are always included in the package price. Immediate confirmation of the booking is required, without any options. The ticket is issued during booking. For all flight bookings at promotional rates, € 10 will be charged as service charge for each Passenger. In the event of cancellation, a 100% penalty will be applied by the air carrier on the flight rate, while for the cruise rate the rules set forth in art. 6 “Passenger Withdrawal” of the general terms and conditions for the tourist package will be applied. No Passenger replacements (name change) or other changes (itinerary, class, date, etc.) are allowed. Additional Passengers can be added to a booking at a later date (request subject to availability and best daily rate). Guests with special needs Costa Cruises wishes to best accommodate the needs of people who would like to experience a cruise but have special needs, motor, visual or other impairments. International regulations require the Company to be aware of any “personal assistance needs in case of emergency” (wheelchairs, etc.) of the Guests in order to make the necessary arrangements. This information must be provided when booking through the Travel Agency or directly to Costa and once on board. We advise Guests with special needs, who require special care and/or medical equipment, to travel with a companion and provide the specifications of the

equipment (e.g. wheelchair) through the Travel Agency or directly to Costa Cruises at the time of booking. We will be happy to host the caretaker free of charge regarding the “cruise only” rate. The caretaker will have to travel in the same cabin as the Guest they are taking care of. To obtain this free service, it is required to inform Costa Cruises of the Guest’s needs when confirming the booking. Costa Cruises must receive the specific documents within 3 business days after confirmation. Guests with caretakers will be assigned cabins equipped for people with special needs. This caretaker service will be granted until there are no more special cabins available, which cannot be combined with the Family Special promotion. For bookings with three or four adult Guests, this free service for the caretaker will be applied to the 3rd or 4th bed, while with a Family Special promotion, an extra fee will be charged on the 3rd or 4th bed, of 50% the adult rate. In case of double rooms occupied by an adult and an underage child paying 50% less (One&Half rate), the free service will be calculated on the child’s rate. Note that in some ports, getting ashore may be problematic for Guests with motor impairments, especially in the case of disembarking in roadstead. Our ships have cabins equipped for people with special needs, indicated by the letter H on the ship’s decks. For more information go to www.costacruise.com/esigenzespeciali. Special requests for aeroplane seating Any special requests relating to aeroplane seating must be made at the time of booking. Costa Cruises does not guarantee they will be satisfied. See our website for more information. Minors and Infant Policy Children under 18 can only travel on our ships if accompanied by an adult. Children younger than 6 months are not allowed on board. This limit is increased to 12 months for Great Cruises, Round the World, cruises lasting 15 days or more and for any other itinerary that, due to its characteristics, does not allow us to guarantee complete protection and safety for the health of our young Guests. Children under 3 years old do not pay for the excursion if an adult holds them on the vehicles. Pregnancy Since the ships are not equipped for pregnancy and childbirth support, bookings by female passengers who exceed the estimated 24th week of pregnancy at any time during the cruise cannot be accepted (see art. 2.8 of “General conditions”).
