BECOMING THE WOMAN OF MY DREAMS The word becoming has taken on a different meaning. I am glad I am becoming, with each rising day, the woman that I have always wanted to be. Becoming is a journey not a destination and the more I get to her the more I seek to be more of her. Each day I define myself for myself as I have come to realise that we on this earth to understand ourselves not to explain ourselves to others. In this issue the trailblazers dominating their spheres of work and play speak of becoming, enjoying the process and taking stock as they go along. Once again join me in celebrating some of the most fierce women in the country starting with our cover feature, Free State Treasury MEC Gadija Brown. I hope you enjoy this issue.
