HEART HEALTHY  February is National Heart Awareness Month. Heart disease is the number one killer in the world. 

Every year about 1,000,000 people suffer from a heart attack, and half of them die. This is no joke, we  have to be heart healthy and be preventive so the risks for heart disease are decreased. Here are  some heart healthy tips: 

1) Don't smoke or use tobacco. 2) Exercise for at least 20 minutes every day of the week 3) Eat a heart-healthy diet 4) Maintain a healthy body weight 5) Get regular screenings or checkups, at least twice a year
