Thomas T. Kraft – an experienced hospitality professional who has worked in various management positions in operations as well sales & marketing with several hotel groups in Europe, including Kempinski Hotels and Steigenberger Hotels. He is a graduate of Hotel Business School Bad Reichenhall. Thomas founded IFH Aktiengesellschaft in 1989 in Frankfurt and remains as a Board Member in IFH Worldwide Antony Shaw – an established trainer in Front Office operations and Revenue Management, Antony worked for many years with Hilton International as Area Training Manager for EAME and then as Director of Training Sales & Marketing and Revenue Management on a global scale. He joined IFH in 2001 as VP Business Development and he is currently the Global VP – Training for IFH Worldwide Lucas Peng– Managing Director of IFH® Asia Pacific, his career spans 25 years of industry experience in hotel marketing and CRS technology as well as call centre operations. In his 11 years career with Utell International, he was GM of the regional centers in North Asia and Japan/Korea ; Director of Operations for Asia Pacific and later in Pegasus Solutions, he was VP- Asia Pacific. He cofounded IFH Asia Pacific in 2005 and was the principal trainer for HEDNA University programs in Asia Pacific Edward Lo– A dynamic and hands-on HR professional , with 15 years experience, holds an MBA from Henley Management College, UK. He was part of the Global HR team for Langham Hotels International with focus on Eaton Hotels as Learning and Staff Development Manager. Edward is also the Head of Education & Training Committee, Hong Kong Hotel Association. He is currently the Regional Training Director for IFH Asia Pacific. In addition to the above full-time Trainers, we employ a pool of contracted Trainers for specific topics.

These must be paid by each delegate to the host venue hotel TERMS & CONDITIONS Please note the following cancellation and amendment policy: Any cancellation made up to 14 days prior to the training date will be subject to a cancellation fee of US$50. Cancellation made within 14 days as well as Noshows will be subject to a penalty fee of US$125. Any amendment or replacement of delegate is possible 7 days prior to the training date without charge. Amendments or changes made within 7 days will be subject to an administration fee of US$25. IFH® reserves the right to cancel or postpone any scheduled workshop with 14 days notice to registered delegates and IFH® will NOT be liable for any costs incurred by any registered delegates due the cancellation or postponement of the scheduled workshop. All fees paid for the cancelled workshop will be fully refunded or applied as credits for future workshops conducted by IFH® within the same calendar year.
