·Title: Dr Jekyll and Mr Hyde ·Author: Robert Louis Stevenson ·Publishing House: MACMILLAN READERS ·Main Characters: -Dr Henry Jekyll: He is a rich man, a scientist. He is old, tall and handsome. He lives in London, in Cavendish Square. -Mr Edward Hyde: He is evil, ugly and smaller than Dr Jekyll. He likes to do bad things.
-J. G. Utterson: He is a lawyer, Dr Jekyll´s lawyer. He is 55. He’s face is pale and his hair is silver. He is serious but he’s kind and intelligent. He lives in the centre of London.

Dr Henry Jekyll did a potion to separate the two
parts of our brain; the ‘good’ part and the ‘bad’ part. He couldn´t try the potion in other person, so he decided to try it himself. He became Mr Hyde. Mr Hyde killed Sir Danvers Carew, but nobody knew. Utterson and Enfield tried to resolve this mystery. With Dr Lanyon´s help (a letter), Utterson resolved it. But Jekyll became addicted to the potion and the only way to stop killing people is... killing himself.
I like this book. I like mystery books
because I have to try to resolve the mystery and if I can´t do it, at the end all is resolved.
