Liver gravy and rice ● ● ● ● ● ● ● ● ●

Ingredients 1 lb liver. Salt and garlic seasoning. 1 ½ medium onions. 1/2 cup rice. 2 packages Gravy Mix. 1 can green peas. 1/2 tbsp oil. 1 spoonful flour. 1 tablespoon butter

Lightly season liver with salt & garlic seasoning or just use garlic and salt. Next place liver in flour and fry in a little bit of oil. Lightly brown both sides Place rice in pot & boil until tender. Cut onion and saute onions. Mix Gravy mix with water and add to the pan with the sauted onions. Change into bouillon cubes if you don’t get the Gravy mix. Add liver to pan then add second package of Gravy Mix & let simmer for 20’. Open can of peas add butter and a sprinkle of sugar. Boil for 5 mins and you're done.
