The network infrastructure has been re-architected according to global standards with multiple Internet service providers and WAN optimization. This increased the network capacity by 11 percent, reduced support costs by 10 percent thus achieving better data traffic engineering. HD video and audio conferencing services for collaboration have increased by 75 percent. Successful call ratio is above 97 percent which improved employee productivity and reduced employee travel costs dramatically.
