Management & Leadership Development Programme Our Management and Leadership Development Programme has been designed for middle and leaders and managers to help them become more effective. The subjects concentrate on addressing the attitudes and performance issues facing today’s Leaders and Managers. The course is 21 hours (3 days). This course can be delivered in a variety of ways; a 3 day programme, single days or half days as needed, this course includes a free psychometric profile. The subjects covered are: Time Management, Personal Leadership, Motivating People & Teams, Personal Development and Strategic Thinking. Many other subjects can be added to enhance the programme to create a unique development opportunity such as: Managing Customer Relations, Developing Staff, Conducting Interviews, Presentation Skills, Effective Meetings, Managing Events or any bespoke training required. This programme can be either accredited as an Institute of Leadership and Management Endorsed award or non-accredited Cost £250 per person*
* Based upon a full course of 12 people without accreditation, add £60 per person for ILM certification, additional added on elements will carry additional charges.
Psychometric Profiling Using cutting edge online DISC profiling we can provide you with cost effective cutting edge profiling for your people and teams anytime, anywhere.
We also provide a one to one service where we conduct the profiling, print and interpret the results. This service can include briefing your management team on the results or helping individuals draw up action plans based upon their profile. Whatever psychometric profiling needs you have. First Aid & Emergency Care We have a vast experience in the training of first aid and emergency care training. We can provide the following. Appointed Person, Emergency First Aid, First Responder (designed for those people working in hostile environments outside the UK), Disaster First Aid (Designed for those deploying to disaster prone areas).
