iGIP FUN FACTS
Did you know that in the global network, AIESEC Indonesia is one of the top 2 entities targetting to match EPs with HR and accounting backgrounds??
Did you know that in the global network, AIESEC Indonesia is targetted to be the 3rd highest provider of educational GIP TNs??
Quarter 1 Performance Review
NATIONAL SPRINT RAISE
We started out quarter 1 rough, a lot of planning to be done and a high need of education for ICX GIP members of AIESEC in Indonesia. We managed to pull through towards the middle of the quarter and had 68% growth in realizations as well as 42% growth in matching wrapping up quarter 1. This is a great achievement, but still some way to go from fulfilling our targets. There’s always room for improvements in Q2! Special recognitions go out to LC UI and LC Undip for having the highest number of raies this quarter as well as LC UA for having the highest number of matches and realizations. To LC Surabaya, well done on having the lowest gap of overall target vs achieved, and OE Binus on leading the way for expansions.
Raising: Most new clients tapped are obtained from network/connections Increased selling and public exposure is needed Still lack focus in selling Matching: Mismatch in supply and demand Problem in ensuring EP quality Realization: Intern integration is one of the main issues Improvements in efficiency of our whole reception process is needed (administration, on-going servicing, pre and post internship)
Utilizing alumni as top target market for noneducation raises Utilizing promotional tools to increase iGIP public exposure Shifting ad-hoc raising focus to non-educational TNs through focused selling (to match EP supply) Ensuring smooth raising process for GLEN learning partners More synergized innovations to involve interns in AIESEC community (e.g. OGX promo activities, etc) Better system for tracking administrative data Standard for periodical internship evaluations
Difficult things take a long time, impossible things a little longer.
