We start with a Suzuki 1400cc engine. Only we change it. Lots. Give it a Garrett turbocharger, for starters. Carrillo con-rods. Wiseco pistons. A Motech Formula One wiring system with datalogging and mapping adjustment. Keep things cool with a pair of handcrafted aluminium oil coolers. Running comparatively low boost - a modest 0.4-bar - we achieve 250bhp at the rear wheel and an extraordinary 133lb ft of torque.

Visually, the Icon shouts, screams. It’s deliberately outrageous, joyously rebellious. It is not for everyone. Every buyer of an Icon will enjoy a custom fitting session before build commences. It’s also a chance to meet our chief development rider, Steve Parrish.

ULTI M ATE HAN D LI N G

From the outset we knew the Icon would have extraordinary performance. So in co-operation with trusted frame-builder Spondon, we engineered a bespoke tubular aluminium frame to efficiently harness all that power.

Meanwhile, we handcrafted a swinging arm which features a unique axle lifting system and novel integral polished hugger. Race specification forks and an adjustable rear shock complement the rest of the package. S TOP I M M ED I ATELY. . .

To ride fast, you need to stop fast. That’s why we turned to ISR for the Icon’s stoppers. The floating front discs are gigantic. But the genius bits are the six piston calipers. Super rigid. Superb cooling characteristics. All designed to endure the punishment of hardcore racing... ...Mile after mile.
