Our 3000+ wine selection is selected and stocked with the most compelling and rewarding wines from less familiar regions and appellations.
At D-Wine we believe that drinking an age-worthy wine, at its peak of perfection, is an experience that no wine drinker should miss.
One of the innovative features at D-Wine is our exclusive ‘wine by the glass’ dispenser system, which is unique in Spain. This provides the opportunity to taste at least 32 superb wines by the glass. These are selected by our team of expert sommeliers, and cover a wide range of prices.
Our team is committed to sharing the jewels we’ve discovered, discove as well as our infectious passion for wine. In selecting our extensive list, we’ve taken advice from world renowned wine critics José Peñin and Robert Parker.
Our Food To compliment these oenological gems we offer exceptional international and Japanese cuisine, prepared by our Japanese chef Kengo Tomita and his team, using top quality, locally sourced, ingredients. Fruit & Vegetables are sourced from our partner Cristobal Ordonez, who is the owner of a 100% Organic Farm in Coin, just 25 Kilometers from our kitchen. We purchase all our seasonal ing ingredients from Cristobal because we want you to experience the incomparable flavours of his truly organic produce.
We continue this trend with our seafood produce, all of our fish is caught using sustainable methods and not sourced from fish farms, our own van collects the produce from Barbate and delivers to our kitchen in perfect condition. Our meat is also meticulously sourced from around Spain, with the emphasis on finding only the best quality cuts available, which are prepared for you on our authentic charcoal grill.
