The beauty industry is a multi-billion £ industry. It seems everyone wants to defy – or better yet reverse - the ageing process and many will go to any length and pay any amount! Rather than opting for the use of toxins, expensive potions, or even surgery, each of us has the power to make a real and positive difference to how we look and feel, every day, that doesn’t require huge expenditure nor radical procedures. Here are just four of them…. It begins with acceptance. As a child, we would look in wonder in the mirror, amazed at what we saw! Yet as the years tick over, that wonder can turn to criticism the focus is automatically the flaws. Borne of life’s

Sounds simple. Start with 3 a day. Once the self-acceptance journey begins in earnest, it’s wonderfully transformative! You can instantly look more beautiful, if you just give you a chance! The second thing you can do to turn back visible signs of ageing is drink! Oh, no, no, this doesn’t mean gin enough to turn your vision blurry! This refers simply to drinking more water. A properly hydrated skin is literally plumper and happier looking, showing fewer wrinkles and it looks, well, healthy! When you wake, opt for a big glass of water - yes, with lemon if you fancy - and then sip throughout the day. Aim for a
