Clickking on the gear icon (located on the top righthand side s of eacch section’s title bar) to o add or rem move fields allows you y to create your own n customize ed listing forrm. Item Inffo and Inhe erit From Core C Item info o is the “corre” informattion about your y producct that can be used in multiple marketp places. Forr example, after a you ha ave added an image to o the Item Info I section n, selecting g “Inherit fro om Item Inffo” when crreating an eBay e item will w “inherit” the image from the e Item Info section. s Co onversely, ifi you wante ed a differe ent image fo or your eBa ay listings, you would uncheck “Inherit from Item Info” to t add the alternate a im mage. s Profiles Profiles are segments of listing informatio on that you u pre-define e and use when w creatin ng items. Each E profile can be nam med and sa aved and will w be availa able in the profile p drop pdown menu. Items Are A Always Available Items that are not committed c t a markett can autom to matically be available for f purchase in ndio Store. For example, if you have h listed an item to eBay, and it ended your Ven without a sale, the item will au utomaticallyy be availab ble for purchase in you ur Vendio Store S until you u recommittted the item m to a marke et (relisted the item).

Item In nfo The Item m Info is ess sentially the e “core” item m informatiion, most off which can n be inherite ed within th he specific market m secttions. For instance, i th he title ente ered in Item Info can be e populate ed into yourr Store, eBa ay ads and Amazon ads by seleccting “inherit from core e” or “inherit from f Item In nfo” as your default se etting. You will see this option ne ext to certain fields within each section s as you y create your y item.

Types of Profile es There arre nine cus stomizable profiles p ava ailable as re eusable tem mplates: Shippin ng Profile – Shipping Profiles P include your domestic d an nd internatio onal shippin ng, handling g and insura ance for all your selling markets. Item Info View Options O The Item m Info sectio on is where e you will en nter the corre item info ormation. By B clicking the gear icon, you can customize this section n to include e only fieldss that you will w use whe en creating your items s. For exam mple, if you ship from a warehousse you can simply che eck the “Warehouse Lo ocation” boxx to populatte the form with the wa arehouse lo ocation field d. Save yo our selection ns, and the ey will appea ar by defau ult each time you creatte a new ite em.

Productt Identifierr The Product Identiffier field is used u for ca atalog inform mation (pre-fill) for both the Amazzon and eBa ay marketplaces. Whe en using ca atalog inform mation, data a will be po opulated into the follow wing fields:: A Amazon er, Title, Price, Brand, Manufactu urer and Pa art # o Item Info – Product Identifie o Amaz zon Ad Info o – Title and d Price eBay o Item Info – Product Identifie er, Title, Price, Brand, Manufactu urer and Pa art # C T Title, Startin ng Bid, Imag ges and Atttributes (Ite em o eBay Ad Info – Category, Specifics)

Title The Title e field is a mandatory m field which can be inh herited into your Store,, eBay, or Amazon n ads, by se electing “inh herit from Ittem Info” in those secttions. You may need to t adjust th he title acco ording to ma arketplace restrictionss. For exam mple, eBay has a 55 characte er limit for titles, so if th he title in Ite em Info is longer than this you will need to adjust it for eBay. Subtitle e The Sub btitle field ca an be used d with your Vendio V Store and the eBay markketplace. To o use the subtitle in your y Store or o eBay, se elect “inherit from core e” in those sections. s Internall Name The inte ernal name is not visible externally on listings, but can be b entered for your ow wn referencce. The inte ernal name e is searcha able on the My Items page. p SKU The SKU U (stock-ke eeping unit) is the inventory numb ber of your product. Enter E your own o SKU, or use the un nique SKU that t Vendio o applies au utomaticallyy as you cre eate your items. Quantity y in Stock The qua antity in stoc ck reflects the t numberr of items you have in stock. Ven ndio will decreme ent or increment the in nventory ass needed, as it is sold or o restocke ed. Cost to Seller Enter the price you u paid for an n item in Co ost to Seller.

Price Use the Price field to enter a fixed f price amount a for your item. To use the e same pricce for your Store or Am mazon ads, select “inh herit from Ittem Info” in those secttions. Images Add uplo oaded imag ges to your items by selecting Sta andard or ZoomStream Z m Images from f the drop p-down men nu and clickking “Add Im mage”. Sellect the ima ages to add d by clicking g on them (yo ou can use shift+click or ctrl+clickk to highligh ht multiple images) an nd clicking the t “Attach Image” buttton. The im mages will then t be disp played in th he Item Info o section. To T remove an image from f the Item Info secttion, select the image by clicking on it, and click c the “Rem move Image e” button. To T use thesse images for f your Sto ore, Amazo on or eBay items, se elect “inherrit from Item m Info” in those section ns. Item De escription Enter yo our core item m descriptio on. This se ection is the e “text” partt of your de escription. You Y can change the fon nts and colo ors, add a hyperlink, h spell check, and more from f the HT TML editor. To T use this description n for your Store, S eBay or Amazon n, select “inherit from Item Info” in those t sectio ons. Conditio on This opttional field allows a you to t select fro om pre-defiined conditions and will be displa ayed in your Vendio V Tem mplate. Conditio on Notes Conditio on notes can be entere ed to provid de additiona al condition information. Inventory Folder Select a folder for your y item. All A items are e visible fro om Items > My Items and folderss are visible on o the left navigation pane. p Addin ng an item to an appropriate folde er can make e searchin ng and sorting items easier. Allow Overselling O g When de etermining how to disttribute available inventtory acrosss marketplaces other th han eBay, th here are thrree options.. Note that quantity va alues in eacch marketplace must be b defined to use the "Do " not allo ow overselling" and "A Allow overse elling if it ca an't be avoided" settings: Do not allow a overrselling: This option manages m in nventory quantity stricttly across marketp places to en nsure there will never be b a chance of selling more than your availa able quantity in stock. When W this option o is selected, qua antity fields for all markketplace listtings must be specified and a your co ore inventorry quantity in stock will be allocatted accordin ngly across these listing gs and yourr Vendio sto ore.

Allow overselling if it can’t be b avoided d: This option does no ot place strict restrictio ons on inven ntory quantities in yourr marketpla ace listings. When thiss option is selected, s no oneBay ma arketplace listings will have unsp pecified qua antities avaiilable for sa ale, enabling maximum sales utilization acrross all channels. As soon s as the e total available quantiity in stock reaches 0, all marketpla ace listings will be updated accord dingly, but there is a minimal risk that a sale may occur o before e such an update u is co omplete, wh hich could lead to an ovversold situa ation. Allow overselling: This optio on allows all a non-eBayy marketpla ace listings to have unspeciffied quantitties available for sale, enabling maximum m sa ales utilization across all channels. When th his option iss selected, marketplacce listings are a not upda ated if the total t e quantity in stock rea aches 0, so oversold siituations arre more like ely. available Addition nal note: eBay e listingss require a specific qu uantity value e when they launch. This T limits ou ur ability to automatica a ally distributte items to eBay e without specific quantity q data. Yo ou may, ho owever, set up an auto o-launch pro ofile for eBa ay listings in the eBay Ad Info secttion. Auto--launch proffiles will lau unch new items to eBa ay according to the schedule e and criterria that you define. Inventory Notes Add anyy additional inventory notes n that you y want to o be able to reference. Labels Labels are a quick re eference terrms that can be search hed from Items > My Items. For example e, if you sold Gold Statte Charms, your label could be th he state. When W viewing items, yo ou could se earch “Califfornia” to view all your California charms. Website e Enter the website where w you purchased p or future re eference. your item fo Year Ma ade Enter the year yourr item was made for fu uture refere ence. Where Made M Enter the manufactturer locatio on of your ittem for futu ure referencce. Manufacturer Enter yo our supplierr or the man nufacture of o your item for future reference. r Brand or future reference. Wareho ouse Locattion Enter the warehous se location of your item m. This allo ows you to quickly q dete ermine the item’s lo ocation. Custom m Fields Create a custom fie eld for more e specific searchable fields. f For example, e if you sold sttate charms, you could create custtom fields for f State an nd Material. When you create you ur item, you would be able to entter the state e and the material m the e charm wass made from m.

Shipp ping Profile Profile e Name You will find the shipping profile names displayed d in n the drop-d down menu u at the top of the Ship pping Profile e section when w you create items.. It is imporrtant to crea ate descriptive profile names so yo ou can easily identify them t in the menu. Fo or example, if you nam me your shipping profilles “Domesstic Shipping” and “Inte ernational Shipping”, S y will kno you ow at a glance e which pro ofile contains only US shipping s de etails, and which w can be b used for items yo ou will ship internationa ally.

Ship-F From Loca ation The ship p-from location denote es the shipp ping location of an item m and is use ed in calculatiing weight based b shipping. If you u are shipping from se everal locations or warehou uses, you can c create multiple m pro ofiles to acccommodate e each locattion.

Domes stic Shipp ping Meth hods You will define the carriers and methods used to sh hip your item ms domestically underr Domestiic Shipping Methods. If you use calculated shipping fo or certain ite ems and fixxed shipping g for others, you can create multip ple profiles and selectt the approp priate profile e as you are creating yo our items.

If you charge c different rates for f differentt internation nal regions, use Destin nations to enter e carrierrs and amo ounts by reg gion. alculated sh hipping cossts within do omestic Note: eBay prohibits mixing fixed and ca g and intern national ship pping; however, if you u specify all fixed shipp ping optionss for shipping domestic shipmentts, you can specify all calculated shipping op ptions for in nternationall shipmen nts (and vic ce versa).

UPS Dro op Off / Pic ck Up “Daily piick up” shou uld be speccified if UPS S regularly comes to your y busine ess to pick up u package es. “Counte er service” should be specified s if you bring packages p to o UPS to be e shipped. Note thatt there is a rate difference betwee en pick up and a counte er service. UPS Packaging e “your packaging”” or one of the t available UPS pacckaging opttions if you use Select either UPS pacckaging ma aterials.

FedEx Options FedEx iss available as a shippiing method d for sellers who want to t offer Fed dEx shippin ng. In order to offer callculated FedEx rates, you will nee ed to have an active FedEx F acco ount. Once yo our accountt is registere ed, update your shipping profile with w both th he account informattion and the e FedEx op ptions that you y will be offering. o Yo ou can use the “Set up p account” link to reg gister your account a if you y have no ot done so already. a nt Accoun Your FedEx accoun nt informatiion will app pear in the drop-down d menu. FedEx Drop D Off / Pick P Up “Regular pick up” should s be specified if FedEx F regu ularly comess to your bu usiness to pick p up packages. “Req quest courie er” should be b specified d if you norrmally call FedEx F to arrange a pick up. If you do not n use Fed dEx pickup services, specify wherre you drop p your pacckages off by b selecting g either “Drrop Box”, “B Business Se ervice Centter”, or “Station””. Note tha at there is a rate differe ence for each of the ab bove option ns. FedEx Delivery D Siignature Select th he signature method you y prefer.
