art gallery, Bullit de Blau, a lively gallery that is well-integrated in modern society. He will be letting the project use his space for the exhibition of photographs, paintings, Japanese dance and projections. Wabiza, a cultural association that blends the Wabi-Sabi tradition with the Ibizan and which will provide Butoh dance shows, is also taking part, there are paintings by Blanko made using the Sumi-e technique and a range of different art installations. What is more, a number of extraordinary bonsai trees and works created over the course of the year for the White Island Project, such as a painting by the well-known Toledo-born painter based in Ibiza, Antonio Villanueva and the photographs of Tom Leather will be on show. March the 1st is when the exhibition will commence with the traditional Vernissage and on the 15th at x:xx there will be a benefit act to commemorate the fatal event in Fukushima at which we will be able to see an exhibition of Butoh, traditional Japanese dance, as well as the projection of a documentary. Unique “My Mother is Japanese” T-shirts and White Island Proyect “Feel it – Heal it” T-shirts will also be auctioned off. We encourage you to form part of the White Island Proyect, both by taking part in the auction and by acquiring one of the works or by wearing an exclusive, limited edition T-shirt created in partnership with myshirt.be, which will be available from March 1st. Se une a la iniciativa Alecs Navío, artista sólido y solidario y artífice de la galería de arte contemporáneo Bullit de Blau, una galería viva e integrada en la sociedad actual que cederá su espacio para la exposición de fotografías, cuadros, danza japonesa y proyecciones. También participa Wabiza, asociación cultural que fusiona la tradición Wabi-Sabi con la ibicenca y que aportará los espectáculos de danza Butoh, los cuadros de Blanko, realizados con técnica Sumi-e y diversas instalaciones de arte. Además se expondrán unos extraordinarios bonsáis y obras creadas a lo largo del año pasado para el White Island Proyect, como un cuadro del conocido pintor toledano afincado en Ibiza, Antonio Villanueva y las fotografías de Tom Leather. El 1 de marzo empieza la exposición con la tradicional Vernissage y el día 15 a las 20 horas habrá un acto benéfico rememorando el fatal acontecimiento en Fukushima en el cual podremos ver una demostración de Butoh, baile tradicional japonés, y la proyección de un documental. También se subastarán camisetas únicas de “My Mother is a Japanese” y camisetas del White Island Proyect “Feel it – Heal it”. Außerdem werden wunderschöne Bonsai-Bäume ausgestellt und auch andere Werke, die während des vergangenen Jahres für das White Island Proyect gestaltet wurden, unter anderem wunderbare Fotografien von Tom Leather und ein Gemälde des toledanischen Malers Antonio Villanueva, der auf Ibiza lebt. Am 1. März beginnt die Ausstellung mit der traditionellen Vernissage, und am 15. März um 20 Uhr wird eine Benefizveranstaltung stattfinden, die der fatalen Katastrophe in Fukushima gedenkt. Dort können wir den traditionellen japanischen Tanz Butoh und die Vorführung eines beeindruckenden Dokumentarfilms anschauen. Außerdem wird es eine Versteigerung der exklusiven T-Shirts “My Mother is a Japanese” und der T-Shirts des White Island Proyects “Feel it – Heal it“ geben.
