e have designed a set of tableware for those adults who are suffering from cerebral palsy. Our tableware differs from other assisted appliances on the current market, as we focus on how to make it look unlike assisted appliances. As this project tackles the social stigma associated with disability aids, the tableware will be more accepted by those with disabilities. Moreover, even if you are not disabled you also can enjoy this tableware.

ean, 22 years old, is suffering from cerebral palsy. She doesn’t want to use the assisted products as they are too demoralizing and embarrassing to use. She hopes that one day she can eat with dignity.

A lunch box and a bottle for athetotic cerebral palsy teeangers for school lunch use. design target: Help them control the physical strength, enhance limbs stability, increase accuracy.

1. There are anti-slip pad under the bottle to prevent overturn. 2. A funnel-shape design on the top help them insert the straw easily and also prevent the liquid from flow out when overturning.

We found that they keep emphasize that the tableware they used is normal as usual people used. This show that they really want to be treated as usual people.

Chuang Chou dreamed of turning into a butterfly Chuang Chou dreamed vividly that he was a butterfly. Later when he woke up, he found himself turning into chuang chou again. Thus he wondered, “ Which one is real me ? Am I the man, chuang chou, who dreamed of turning into a butterfly, or the butterfly becoming to a man in a dream ?�

To blur the boundary between reality and illusion.

I

nstallation Dreamed of being a fish We try to blur the boundary between reality and illusion. Use the specular cutting sheet and water to reflect the sky on to the ground. The bird in the water dreamed of being a fish swiming in the water, or, perhaps, it is just a fish believes that it is flying in the illusional sky. The water also reflect the figure of the vistors, so, while they step arround, they are not only walk on the ground but also walk in the sky that the water reflect. Which is the real World? We want visitors to introspect that is the world that we saw real? Or maybe it’s just a dream that we dreamed.

Time goes silently. We want to visualize time, and let people know about treasuring.

Every tags stand for different period of time. Plus any of the to get the right period of time that you want.

This product use the image of hourglass. Once you reverse this product, the time start to count down by going off the light one by one. Via the light, the user can notice the time passing.

Slide the tag down to let the sensor react.

When you are working or reading, you can place the tag that represent the time you are planning to work/ read and reverse it. Or you can use it before sleeping as a light sleeper.

Then the lights will light up and that stands for how much time you have.

Reverse the device to start count down.

The lights will fall down to the bottom and start go off one by one.
