The Glass Farmhouse Condominum is a renovation project for internationally acclaimed sculptor Pablo Atchugarry. The project is a gut renovation for an existing penthouse apartment located in the Hell’s Kicthen meighborhood in New York City. The project includes a change in layout in order to convert the existing studio apartment into a small gallery space and loft apartment. It also includes new plumbing fixtures, flooring and ceiling. As well as mechanical & electrical work to fullfill the space’s needs. I was primarily responsible for the preliminary research as well as existing conditions survey & drafting. I was also responsible for the energy analysis as well as preliminary sketches and design ideas.

The Black Residence

138-60 Brookville Blvd, Rosedale NY Tergram Engineering Servoces, P.C. , 2007 138-60 Brookville Blvd was a project to convert an existing one family dwelling structure into a two family dwelling residence. The project included demolition of the existing property, as well as foundation & general construction work. I was primarily responsible for survey & drafting of existing & demolition work; and drafting of proposed work, as well as NYC DOB filing forms & procedures.

This project is a material & finishes study for an existing residence. The owner wanted to see a visualization of different materials & colors for flooring, walls, windows & doors. I was solely responsible for all 3D modeling of the existing property. Moreover, I was also in charge of visualization & rendering of the proposed work.

A feasibility study for the conversion of an existing pool hall into a beer garden & food service establishment. The exterior envelope was kept throughout to bring homage to the facilitieâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s industrial past. On the inside, a large outdoor space was carved out of the exiting structure in order to provide an interior courtyard for patrons. The interior courtyard is open to the sky as well as to passerbys through openings on the exterior walls, which aim to peek the interest of pedestrians and drivers alike. I was solely responsible for the 3D modeling, space planning & deign features of the study.

An educational experiment in urban planning & development, the CPLDC Chinatown Gateway aims to solve the economic & social issue of Manhattanâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s Lower East Side gentrification.
