GAUGE WHEEL ASSEMBLIES, GAUGE WHEEL ARMS AND BUSHINGS The Select Series features a gauge wheel assembly and a Reduced Inner Profile (RIP) tyre. The gauge wheel provides excellent depth control in most soil conditions.

It works with the Tru-Vee™ opener blades to form a well-defined seed furrow. It firms soil on seed-trench edges and provides flotation for seedbed openers in loose soils. (The RIP* tyre reduces sidewall compaction in heavy, wet, no-till conditions).

Select Series gauge wheel assemblies and RIP tyres are designed for MaxEmerge™ XP row units only.

The Spoke Gauge Wheel allows mud and debris to flow through the wheel to continue providing superior depth performance. This wheel features serviceable stamped inner and outer rims. The wheel has cast spokes and bearing hubs for added strength.

FINGER-PICKUP SEED METERS Save time and money by checking meters before you go to the field. For smoother operation, the finger-pickup assembly should be dimensionally correct and fit flush against the carrier plate.

Proper finger-spring tension is another essential for good meter performance. Replace stretched or broken springs as needed; also, check for wear on seed belts and replace as needed to ensure peak performance.
