DIAMOND TOOLS FOR WIRE SAWING Husqvarna offers a complete range of diamond wires, engineered for use with a variety of materials and numerous applications. Husqvarna diamond wires use injected synthetic rubber and springs for the assembly. A synthetic rubber wire is very flexible, making it easy to use, as well as minimising the risk of uneven wear to the wire beads. Husqvarna wires have at least 40 beads per metre. More beads per metre means increased contact between the cutting diamonds and the wire, resulting in higher speed and increased product life. Also, the distance between the beads is smaller, making for a more even cut. Available also in closed loop versions to eliminate the weakest link– the connection.
