Apart from the carriage charges listed below, all orders for spare parts, accessories and diamond products placed on-line via web ordering will be carriage free. From the 1st April there will be a minimum order charge introduced, any order below £ 25.00 will be subject to a £ 5.50 admin charge. A freight charge of £ 15.00 is applied to spares / accessories and diamond blade deliveries direct to addresses not held on our database. For machines, charges are available on request. Returned items will only be accepted if agreed prior to return, are not corroded or marked and are in a saleable new condition (contact HCP customer services for a returns authorisation number). If agreed the following applies: Standard items will only be subject to a 15 % handling charge, Non-standard special order products / spare parts / accessories as well as specially manufactured cores are non-returnable and will not be accepted back for credit. VAT is charged at the current rate. Prices quoted in this price list are correct at the time of going to print. We reserve the right to amend prices without prior notice. Pallet deliveries will take between 2 and 3 working days. Any POD or delivery discrepancies must be requested/advised within 60 days of date of invoice.
