Coordinating with the Quality Assurance Authority for Education and Training (QAAET) which was covers a wide range of strategies and policies, all of which are in place to ensure that UCB continues to develop and maintain high standards of academic excellence. Also, in terms of resource for staff, students and external visitors on a wide range of issues; from The Learning and Teaching Quality Enhancement Strategy to Departmental Reviews, from Programme Specifications to Student Appeals and Complaints. The role of the Policy, Planning & Governance Team, which is part of Registry & Governance Services, is to support the initiatives undertaken by the University to ensure this level of quality is maintained. During the H1N1 scare in 2009 introduced a Safety and Health Office, which was designed to concentrate on a safe and healthy work environment, updating and introducing new safety and health related policies and procedures, and providing information, advice, and other support as required.

Transformed the Human Capital Department from cost centre to profit centre by creating training sessions for both Addax bank employees, as well as other institutions, thus generating of revenue for the bank.

Conducted a Working Survey to assess Bank’s environment and provide information for the management and human resources which was a support for HR planning purposes.

Structured HR department for Addax Affiliates inside and outside of Bahrain (Addax Education Holdings, The Ascott Group, Addax Investment in Riyadh)
