Sporting Success Pupils have enjoyed regional and national successes in a range of sports. The following are snapshots of the last academic year. To keep up to date with results, please follow the PE Department on Twitter @Sport_HCS Hockey The U13 girls were runners up in the ISA National Hockey, ISA National Finals and East Riding Champions in the first round of the National Step-In-2 Hockey competition. The XI team only lost one game all season, the most memorable match a highly intensive game against Pocklington, which ended in a 1-1 draw.
Netball The U13 girls team celebrated winning the Plate Competition, a wondeful achivement following tough matches at the qualifying ISA National finals.
The U15 team progressed to the quarter finals of the Natwest Cup round narrowly missing progressing through to the finals at Twickenham by only five points.
The U16 team were crowned Humberside Champions and celebrated at the ISA Nationals finishing 3rd in their group.
William and Jude (Year 11) were successful in being selected to play for the Hull City Wide Rugby League.
Rugby The U14 team reached round two in the Yorkshire Cup, enjoying wins against Sirius Academy and BBG Academy.
Football The U13 team won the SIS Football League, unbeaten in every match. The U14 team finished in the top six from a league of 30 teams nationally
