The course dictated a floor plan with three apartments with

one, two and three bedroom organization. It had to be with an exterior balcony with entrance to the west.

This concept is a floor plan with a flexible organization of the

apartments inside. The flexibility arise from the idea of letting

families stay longer in their current home. Instead of moving to
