LOCATION PLANT

14 Street # 5 - 15 Bogotรก, Colombia - La Candelaria Keeping in mind the needs and the norms of the place and dealing with a historical neighbor building with 8 of height is projected. The project also has an hood of Bogotรก, an o auditorium and a large public space that is lacking in the area of intervention. The axes and the existing typology the building achieving a large public space that is integrated with the neighborhood, creating an interior-exterior relationship, present in all spaces, as well as a dynamic facade that gives a new face to the center of Bogotรก.

PARTIAL PLAN OF THE INDUSTRIAL ZONE

LOCATION PLANT

Las AmĂŠricas Avenue, from 36th street up to 50th street BogotĂĄ, Colombia - Puente Aranda After analyzing the impact of the area of intervention in the urban system of the city, several uses and activities are pro jected at di impact scales. First a transport terminal is proposed as the main articulator axis operating at an urban scale, as well as a 1.linear park, 2.Housing, 3.Business center, 4.Food supply center, linked by pedestrian paths that make up the whole sector, generating a safer open city that can be alive 24 hours thanks to its di environments and activities for Urban Development.


1. LINEAR PARK Created in order to free space for the public which is currently missing in the area due to a mas sive densification, also facilities that incorporates the residential area.

3. BUSINESS CENTER The business center has a great diversity of work spaces and rest areas, It seeks to prioritize public spaces by freeing space with wide platforms.

2. LIVING PLACE The residential area has 8 buil dings each with 24 apartments, the towers are connected by wide green paths and sports spaces that simulates more human interaction.

This equipment is projected as a commercial mall, offering sale of sumunistros, restaurant and spaces for socialization and ci vic education.

MOVILITY The area of urban intervention has main roads for the main city operations, a reason to carry out a transport terminal in addition to carry out the ex pansion of secondary roads achieving better traffic in the area without affecting the internal operation of the activities of the projected space and also acti vating the surrounding neighborhoods giving priority to the public space and transportation of the city.

LOCATION PLANT

3th Career # 19 - 05 for Aguas Neighborhood in Bogotรก, aiming to achieve a high urban development. A scheme of urban renewal is proposed for the neighborhood of Aguas in Bogotรก, achieving a high impact for the urbanization of the area. A business center is projected for a high daily population, proposing a multimodal building that includes a shopping center, a hotel, a museum, restaurants and a residential tower, the project connects the center of the city with the rest of Bogota and frees spaces for the public, welcoming visitors and residents of nearby neighborhoods like La Candelaria.

SPORTS CENTER

Diagonal 78th between the intersection of the 58th and the 75th street, next to the Arzobispo River Bogotá, Colombia - Barrios Unidos District

LOCATION PLANT

The intervened area is analyzed and a master plan is carried out with the reactivation of the river as the main objective, providing this space for the city and the neighborhood. A in the area. Knowing building is proposed to cover the recreational and sport spaces that there is a high percentage of children wanting to teach and play sports, a new sport center is designed with public and private spaces. The Sports and Recreation Center is permeable and will respond to the existing urban fa bric; a connecting bridge on the Arzobispo River is considered from the beginning.
