Join teaching artist Patty Tyrol, who received her MA in Printmaking from SUNY New Paltz and has exhibited her prints nationally and taught widely for the past 25 years. Use brushes and India ink to practice Persian style calligraphy. Work with watercolors and colored pencils to create “illuminated letters.” Complete your piece of artwork on rice paper and come back next week to make a kite from your piece of artwork!
