How do you ensure specialized care to your patients? At Aesthetic Smiles, we ensure specialized care to our patients by providing individualized treatment plans that are catered specifically to each patient’s individual needs. We have specialists either on staff or who are affiliated with the office that can help diagnose and treat patients no matter how simple or complex their treatment plan is. Aesthetic Smiles also retains board certified anesthesiologists for those patients that require sleep dentistry to fulfill the journey to complete oral health. Please highlight any unique services that your practice offers its patients. We provide a variety of unique services for our patients including CEREC 3D technology and porcelain crowns and onlays, which can be made and completed in just one visit with no temporaries to go home with. We also use iTero digital impressions, lasers for minor gum procedures, implants, digital radiography to ensure the lowest dose of x-rays, and sleep apnea treatments so the patient does not have to travel to a hospital overnight. What is the most common misconception among your patients regarding dental care? The most common misconception is concern about pain and cost. At Aesthetic Smiles, we offer so many options in pain control that no patient should ever have a terrible experience. Cost is a factor patients are also concerned with. We always offer more than one good option at different price points. The patient decides what their budget is and we go from there. We understand that patients need to know they can comfortably afford their care. We also offer a five-year guarantee on all treatment completed as long as the patient maintains annual checkups.

Are you using any new technology in your office? We have a variety of new technology that we have outfitted our office with, including CEREC 3D, iTero digital impressions, x-rays, and digital radiography. In 2016, Aesthetic Smiles will introduce the TruDenta system. This high-tech piece of equipment will allow us to treat patients with TMJ and migraine headache syndrome. We are excited to expand our services to help even more patients overcome pain that originally stems from mouth issues. Describe the patient-doctor relationship at your practice. The patient-doctor relationship is a very personal one. Patients put their trust in us to do the best we can as if we were treating members of our own family. That is what we believe is the correct way to treat every patient. If it were my wife, mother, father or child, how would we treat them? Finally, we just like to develop a rapport with patients that is friendly and welcoming. We have multilingual doctors at our office to accommodate those who may need translators. We want to help as many patients as possible achieve their best smile. What are the most important qualities that a patient should look for when choosing a dentist? There are three questions a patient should ask before committing to a doctor. First, do I trust my doctor and believe he/she will have my best interests at heart? Secondly, will the doctor and staff deliver on the promises they make? And finally, do you feel good and safe going there? If you can answer yes to all of those questions and you are happy with your smile, condition and overall health, then the patient will be fine.
