Full-time Career Coach Central Community College Qualifications: Bachelorâ€™s degree required in Education, Business, and/or related degree with at least 2-3 yearsâ€™ experience required. Must possess substantial interpersonal skills to work in cooperation with project partners, employers, and participants. Knowledge of career and job market information required. Experience working with potential students of diverse and cultural backgrounds. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, particularly in regards to data collection and reporting experience. Responsibilities: Coordinates, plans, and facilitates career and employment services for Project HELP grant participants. Works with participants to coordinate job training direction, interview preparation, and soft-skill development. Provides and coordinates employment services between local TANF partners, employers, and project participants.
