2) Senior Procurement Engineer, PDE Responsibilities You are expected to manage key commodities (semiconductor ICs, chipsets, application modules, sensors) and procurement activities, develop cohesive supply strategies to encompass vendors and sub-con factories supply-chain clusters, and manage continuous cost and lead-time reduction initiatives and efforts. You will develop and manage supplier quality performance as well as ensure parts supply continuity to meet production requirements. In addition, you will develop and maintain long term Strategic Vendors’ business relationship.

1) Project Manager/ Engineer Responsibilities: You will be responsible for the project management of our product line. You will also need to work with various functional groups and factories to ensure that products are shipped out on time. 3) Quality Control/ Forum Moderator Responsibilities You will champion our worldwide discussion forums, including moderating and providing solutions to customers’ queries. You will also assist in generating operational reports including those related to quality assurance. Requirements • Diploma/Degree in Computer Engineering or its equivalent • Experience in Forum moderation in a Customer Support environment will be an advantage • Relevant experience in Customer Services standards, service benchmark, best practices, process improvement techniques and data order processing methodology • Good knowledge of MS Office, including advanced Excel skills. • Additional knowledge of Enterprise Manager, SQL Server Management and Business Objects are also desired • Well-organized, mature with excellent analytical and problem solving skills • Highly independent with attention to detail and data accuracy • Able to communicate effectively in both written and spoken English • Fresh graduates with similar experience in Forums and/or Reporting will be considered

Our client Ratings’ global expertise draws on local market knowledge and spans across the fixed-income universe. This is a direct sales, target based performance position offering base salary, commission and bonus. You will be expected to develop new relationships and convert them into new accounts. In this high-profile sales role, you will be part of a group in Singapore that is responsible for leading the sales effort for Client’s Solutions with revenue responsibility across Asia. Focussing upon South East Asia region you will be responsible for selling a suite of products and services within Client’s Solutions that includes: • Research and ratings data services • Data and services for credit derivatives and market-implied ratings • Valuation, workflow and analytical tools for structured finance transactions and CDOs It is essential that you have significant sales/business development experience within the fixed income and risk management arena within Asia with a proven track record in developing new business and growing revenue streams. You must have an understanding of rating agencies environment and also of risk management requirements in strategic decision making, risk identification, risk quantification/quantitative modelling processes. Additional knowledge around the development and implementation of risk management frameworks that have an emphasis on credit risk management and capital usage e.g. economic capital, Basel II & III, credit risk management/credit portfolio management & related financial instruments would be advantageous. You must be self-motivated and able to generate ideas and demonstrate initiative, tenacity and perseverance. Travel should be expected in APAC and between client offices.
