Top Ten Things You Didn’t Know About Miss Ruether! I played seven years of Queens Club Volleyball finishing my final year off in Ottawa for nationals. I delivered papers for the Red Deer Advocate for six years starting when I was five years old. I love to spend my summers hiking and spending time with friends and family around the campfire. I tore my ACL on my 18th birthday during high school soccer tryouts.

each day for 40 days straight sitting outside his home selling lemonade. He sold a glass of lemonade for $1.50. Congratulations William!

Also we had five families that generously donated money to our schools research program. With their donations, we will be able to use the money to buy new microscopes, goggles, lab coats and new glass wear. A thank-you card for each family will be available at the front office if anyone is interested in signing.

Mathematics As Iâ€™m sure most of you have heard, there has been a change in the math curriculum this year. We ask all parents to provide your child with a basic scientific calculator as we will be introducing them to basic functions. Calculators can be purchased through the school for $20 or they are on average approximately $25 in stores. Thanks for your cooperation!
Meet the teacher night will be held on September 19th at 7pm. This gives parents the opportunity to meet their child's teachers as well as enjoy complimentary beverages and snacks. We look forward to meeting all of you!
Due to the generous donations we have received, the science program is adding an additional element to provide students the opportunity to do more hands on learning. We will be exploring the nature of animals and how they live in their environment and we will also be taking an in-depth look into space and alien existence! Prepare to be amazed! Miss. Ruether
