We have a full-time, in-house attorney ready to provide valuable brokerage advice to assist our real estate agents with the various circumstances that may arise during the transaction process. Additionally, training all of our agents about the constant changes in the forms we use and the expectations of the NC Real Estate Commission is a regular part of our work.

Our in-house attorney serves our HPW real estate team, protecting them and helping them better serve you. To our knowledge, we are the only firm in our market that provides this service to our agents and you.
