HOTEP, The Resurrection: 2017 Harvey Aftermath
F
irst off, we would like to thank all those who have supported us over the past four years in our endeavors to uplift fallen humanity. We lost almost everything in the storm from computer equipment to houses being flooded but the Universal Creator saw fit for us to come back into our own. Once again we want to say gratitude to all of our contributors, sponsors, and volunteers who continued to stick with us through those tough times. The Harvey Hurricane dropped over one trillion gallons of water on H-Town in August of 2017 but the suffering still goes on in November 2017. Many homes are still underwater along with many Houstonians being displaced and awaiting the much-needed assistance from groups like FEMA and the Red Cross. Billions of dollars have been allocated to Texas
for disaster and recovery efforts but whose benefiting? It’s unclear how the dispensation of monies will be distributed over the next coming months. According to the well-known media outlet Al Jazeera, Dr. Robert Bullard, an advocate for the environmental justice movement commented on a serious issue facing the city when he states, “It’s ok to put a landfill, an incinerator, or a garbage dump, a refinery in black and brown communities…If you look at a map vulnerability and proximity of these dangerous facilities, they’re not randomly distributed…Race is the most potent factor that determines where these facilities are located.”

AKER: THE PROTECTOR
Lets take a look deeper into the earth god deity; known as the gatekeeper of the dawn and night. AKER IS ONE OF THE EARLIEST EGYPTIAN EARTH GODS AND IS THE DEIFICATION OF THE HORIZON.
Aker appears as a pair of twin lions, one named Duaj (“yesterday”) and the other Sefer (“tomorrow”). Two lions facing opposite each other is called Ruti (two lions). Lions were used because the summer solstice usually peaks at the time of the zodiac Leo. Aker was first described as one of the earth gods

guarding the “gate to the yonder site”. He is believed to protect the sun god Ra, as he enters the netherworld during sunset and returns to the land of the living at sunrise. He protects Ra against his enemy, the snake demon god Apep; and the three demonic snakes (Hemtet, Iqeru and Jagw). By “encircling” Ra, Aker seals the sun god Ra away from the poisonous breath of the snake demons. His name may also be spelled as Akar which
roughly translates into “he who bends”.
THE RUTI ARE OFTEN SPOTTED LIKE A LEOPARD TO REPRESENT THE NOW EXTINCT BARBARY LIONS.
Aker is also depicted carrying the akhet – the symbol of the Egyptian sky. It is a solar disc supported between the two summits of the mountain djew. The western crest was called Manu, while the eastern summit was called Bakhu. More than anything Aker is
a protective deity. He was believed to be guardian and the gatekeeper of the underworld. His protective functions even extended to other places like tombs and palaces where his statue is often placed at the door to ward off evil spirits.

It has begun...microchip implants supporters claim they could improve lives, but cost at what cost?
I
n the early 1980s, a small processing chip device such as the RFID (Radio Frequency Identification Data) tag was simply used to track lost puppies. Now in the early 21 Century, humans have become the new attraction for the “EXPERIMENT”. These devices identify objects by using radio waves by using an antenna to send and /or receive elec-

tronic information from an RFID transceiver. The two types of tags are passive and active. Passive tags have no power source and are limited to a brief response, while active tags contain a battery which powers the microchip and communication with the reader. The chip has evolved since the mainstream boom in the 1980s to the 1990s in commercial
arenas. Now let’s fast forward to 2018 in the United States of America, the “EXPERIMENT” has reached implants in humans. The foundational basis for promoting the implant is through your job. Three Square Market a company based out of Wisconsin is the first to offer employees implantable chips to open doors, buy snacks,
log in to computers, and use office equipment like copy machines. The chip is small as a grain of rice and is implanted between the thumb and forefinger. Some new agers say, “It’s cool and on the cutting edge”, while others oppose it and say it violates your human rights. The question is, “Where we are headed in terms of human control?” Most individuals have cell phones with batteries but can take them out and disconnect completely. However, with the RFID tag who knows if you will ever be able to disconnect from their world of Artificial Intelligence. Human Rights today, Cyborg tomorrow. Where will you place yourself during the “EXPERIMENT”?

LAW OF THE HIGH SEAS
For too long we as a people have operated without a true innerstanding of how the world really works...that changes now! ALL CAPS IS A CORPORATE FICTION THAT HAS BEEN ROAMING AROUND IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA SINCE 1871. In Latin the term, “corp capital capitol capitulation decapita” is equivalent to saying “All corporate fictions are represented in capital letters and corps are decapitated” as in cutting the head off in the eyes of the Admiralty and Maritime laws.
A CAPITULATION IS A TREATY OR UNILATERAL CONTRACT BY WHICH A SOVEREIGN STATE RELINQUISHES JURISDICTION WITHIN ITS BORDERS OVER THE SUBJECTS OF A FOREIGN STATE.

Admiralty and Maritime law go hand in hand. The Admiralty law governs the actions on the ship such as cargo, etc. The Maritime law is a representation of the governing of the ships maneuvering at sea. They plant their flag as a foreign entity and then force individuals to except their utopia of privileges. However, once you accept this they take
your original birthright and bestow another version upon you that is constructed with three different instruments that will follow you forever and they are as follows:
YOUR NAME IN ALL CAPS A BIRTH CERTIFICATE, SOCIAL SECURITY CARD AND DRIVER’S LICENSE/ID. These documents are then traded as a transmitting utility on the SEC (Security and Exchange Commission) Stock Market for monies without your knowledge. Now anytime you are caught up with this law in any instance. As a result, in this court a subscriber to the privileges is not real and dead in the eyes of the law or in this case dead at sea. Become alive again and take back what’s rightfully yours.

I’m sure the black community has had enough of the drama between Umar Johnson and General Seti. In the words of Rodney King, “Can’t we all just get a long!” I’m totally confused. Every time he speaks I feel like bumping Tupac’s “Hit ‘em Up”. In his

latest video, where he is clearly upset and referring to himself in the third person, he rants, “Who stands with Umar!? Who STANDS WITH UMAR?!” At this point, I’m afraid to stand next to Umar Johnson at Popeyes for two piece Tuesday for fear of my life. I’m too old to fight and too young to die. We need peace in the community. How can we
resolve this nonsense and focus on the real issues? Option 1: Seems like the people need to organize a battle rap lecture league, put some banging beats behind it. And see who wins the crown of prince of…. I forgot. Option 2: someone get the talent director for WWE.
WHAT HAPPENED TO THE UNITY, THE EMPOWERMENT, THE LEADERSHIP?
Please Dr. under investigation for Dr. Umar Johnson, it’s time to focus on the real issues of our community. Or you will continue to have an imaginary school, playing a social activist with no social activity, and only being a leader who only has YouTube followers. Instead of looking like the Prince of Pan-Africanism, he is looking like the Prince of ignant negro news.

Nations operate as one. Where is the so called BLACK Nation?
Are we so far gone on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter that the powers at be don’t even care what we do because they feel we will never know who we truly are as a nation? The way our “Black” people act today is the Frankenstein of the 21st Century. After 1865, during the time of slavery Lincoln gave the
Emancipation (to set free) Proclamation but now you must proclaim who you are. Our ancestors did not know from whence they came and decided to go right back to the plantation. The same can be said about the “Black” people today. In 2018 we have unlimited access to resources, yet
we still playing second fiddle. Those who can trace themselves back to their ancient forefathers (and we are not talking about a DNA test that the Europeans have cooked up) will be able to speak up for their nation during the perilous times to come. That brings a question to thought? How would your forefathers feel about you neglecting your original customs, creed and principles? “Black” people if you don’t fight for yourselves; fight for your generational posterity. Individual clicks for integration is pseudo-unity; a false sense of empowerment: “I’m doing for my people, what have you done”; when in actuality individual clicks, stunt the
growth of the collective. It’s time out for being “Clicked Up”. We need to formulate study groups that foster genuine unity and getting our people back to the roots of our “Proclamation”. Malcolm X said it best,
“We must change the mind first, then the behavior, and then put it into action.”
Nations have land, creed, principles, religion, and customs that unite them. Wake up, stop playing yourself.
