HOTEP, Historically, America has never been “great” for Black People. As we embark on this new presidency; does it really matter?

T

he so called “African American” is always depending on a new President to change their outcome. When in the last 60 years has the outcome ever favored our race besides the last two terms of Barrack Obama. Consequently, even with his election he had to clean up a lot of the disasters from George Bush Jr.’s terms. When will, the African Americans realize that we need to take care of our own, build our own stores, create our own wealth within our own communities. In the 1920’s, African Americans were industrious, innovators and creators. After

integration, our wealth dwindled along with our businesses. We accepted integration and started taking our dollar out of our neighborhoods to amalgamate with the European. This was the ultimate downfall of our race. So, what’s next? What shall we do now that we have yet another President that does not fit our bill. Do we finally have enough anger to swell a separation to build wealth for our nation? How do we never get caught sleep and unconscious again as a nation? The answers to both questions are simple. There is an old ancient rule to unity,

“Together we stand, divided we fall”! It seems like a cliché saying but oh it rings very true. Let’s stop being DEPENDANT and start being INDEPENDENT as a NATION! NO MORE EXCUSES! Literal Substance Editorial Team

any sensitive people have been feeling the underlying frustration from the collective, normally manifesting as intense trepidation or emotional anxiety which is coming from everywhere, when making a link psychically to a person, for example, there are normally tangible things I can pick up on, how they are feeling, what is happening in their lives, loved ones and guides associated with them, names, places etc. For the past few months, it has felt as if it is just in the air and this is going to intensify within the coming weeks.

How many of you have been feeling an amnesic effect, when tackling some of the most basic problems, almost as if you have to remember how to do things again. As we are shifting into the new earth mindset, it is like we are having to learn new ways of doing old everyday things. Money for example has been an ongoing issue for me, I used to be so good with numbers, now the most basic calculations for the everyday shop seem like hard work

TRUMP ELECTION EDITION

Most of America is still suffering from shock after Trump was elected President. Many are asking what the path going forward will be for an Blacks in America.

I

t’s official; this country has shown it full naked ass. If you have ever wondered about the amount of contempt this country has for Black should now be evident. The majority of people in this country have show that Black lives dont matter, and “making America Great - Again” points to a time in the past, when has Amerikkka ever been great fro black people.

8

When white people catch a cold, black people get pneumonia. This is shown through the aid, assistance and advancement this country provides to many immigrant groups, LGBT communities and other races; while many black people are left struggling.

“Under a Republican-led Congress, a Republican-led Senate and now an Executive Branch that is led by a Republican conservative, we are going to have to fix this ourselves.”...“We cannot wait for government to create a path for us,” ...“We have to first educate ourselves on civic systems … the importance of civics clubs and really

“Money is power, so we can talk about all these governmental solutions all we want to and we need them, they are a part of an overall strategy. We’re looking for ways to empower our representatives to do things that need to be done.”...”when the conversation shifts to urban renewal and rebuilding inner cities, “These jobs may become available, these contracts may become available, [but] do our people know how to get an RSP? Do the people who have enough money to get a line of credit with a bank know how to coalesce with others and get the contracts?”

THE ONLY RESOLUTION IS TO TRUMP THE CIRCUMSTANCES

The Trump Presidential administration will likely present another major challenge for Black America. History has shown us that the best way to endure a crisis is to fight harder. As a collective; we must band together more than ever before. Black people must fight harder to make truth education a

We must fight harder to ensure that we come together to give black owned business the finances and support to succeed; we must work harder to build up and support our Black businesses; we must come together in our communities to achieve political, social and economic empowerment. This to shall pass.

THE HIDDEN AGENDA: FEMINIZED MEN L Where have we come to? Things in our community have gotten out of hand. We feed into the programming like a pack of well-trained Negroes.

10

THE MEDIA IS OUR MASTER

American media has made it acceptable to be anything but black. You can be a bigot and rise to political office. You can be a celebrated Olympic athlete and become a female - of sorts. The traditional gender roles in this country have been reversed. Men have become more feminine as women become more masculine. My argument is that America’s tolerance of this media driven agenda has grown into acclaim and acceptance. It is this idea media-fostered acceptance and acclaim that is perpetuated in the black community – after all what do black people strive for most? White American Acceptance (WAA).

HOW? Terry Crews, Jamie Foxx, Martin Lawrence, Tyler Perry, Ving Rhames, these are just a few names of black male celebs who’ve been asked to put on a dress in Hollywood.

THE NEED TO BE ACCEPTED

I’m sure our need to be accepted by white American society stems from slavery, but why does it seem to run more prevalent in the black community today? We have a way too many examples of young talented brothers in the entertainment industry who utilize their brand to promote the feminization of the black man. An again like well trained Negroes, Blacks and Coloreds; we accept then adopt this behavior as our own. By promoting a feminine male agenda; the media controls our ability to procreate and thrive as our ancestors have done over the ages.

THE GOVERNING PRIORITY

Over the past four decades society that “acceptance” of alternative lifestyle aka LGBTQ has been the governing pri-

ority. My questions would be; when have black people been the priority in this country? It took only 40 years for the LGBTQ community to resolve the oppression and civil ills they faced. In the span of 40 years the LGBT community has went from obscure ridicule; to the forefront of all political arenas and mainstream

television programming. How is this possible; when blacks have been striving for a social, political and economic equality for over 400 years.

SUBSTANCE

THE LAW OF CORRESPONDENCE Taking a deeper look at the control we have over our existence by operating from conscious mind.

“As above, so below; as below, so above.” — The Kybalion. Most of us have heard the old adage that our outer world is nothing more than a reflection of our inner world – as within, so without, as above, so below. Well, you may or may not realize this, but what this actually is The Law of Correspondence. The great Second Hermetic Principle embodies the truth that there is a harmony agreement, and correspondence between the several planes of Manifestation, Life and Being.

THERE IS BUT ONE TRUTH

This truth is a truth because all that is included in the Universe emanates from the same source, and the

same laws, principles, and characteristics apply to each unit, or combination of units of activity, as each manifests its own phenomena upon its own plane.

THE THREE GREAT CLASSES OF THE UNIVERSE

For the purpose of convenience of thought and stuck, the Hermetic Philosophy considers that the Universe may be divided into three great classes of phenomena, known as the Three Great Planes, namely: 1. 2. 3.

The Great Physical Plane. The Great Mental Plane. The Great Spiritual Plane.

THE GREAT SCALE OF LIFE

These divisions are more or less artificial and arbitrary, for the truth is that all of the three divisions are but ascending degrees of the great scale of Life, the lowest point of which is undifferentiated Matter, and the highest point that of Spirit.

UNCONDITIONAL LOVE The term love is thrown all over the place and many times there are limitations attached, lets define unconditional love.

U

nconditional love is known as affection without any limitations or love without conditions. This term is sometimes associated with other terms such as true altruism, or complete love. In describing unconditional love most will agree that it is that type of love which has no bounds and is unchanging. It is a concept comparable to true love, a term which is more frequently used to describe love between lovers.

Unconditional love is garnered and shared by those who love themselves first.

PHILOSOPHY ON UNCONDITIONAL LOVE:

In the Tao, it is written First there was the eternal Tao From the Tao came One From One came Two From Two came Three From Three came ten thousand other things.

For me to accept that I am loved, I become the object of the lover - thus I develop an expectation. The moment that expectation (or need) is not met there is the breeding ground for anger and resentment and the moment the lover is lost, the empty space of unfulfilled need and expectation is called grief.

This is the essential flow of the tides and of the breath from full to empty, from empty to full neither existing on their own.
