High School: A 2006 graduate of Del Mar HS in San Jose, Calif…competed in track and football for the Dons…won the Central Coast Section title in the high jump as a senior…top mark was 6-06.00…also won the Blossom Valley Athletic League title in the high jump and triple jump…in football, he was the BVAL’s Utility Player of the Year…was inducted into the school’s hall of fame for track and field. I Independent Championships…best times were 48.21 in the 400 and 22.34 in the 200. High School: A 2007 graduate of Liberty HS in Bakersfield, Calif…competed in four years of track and football and a year of soccer…named first team all-area and first team all-Southwest Yosemite League in track as a senior…anchored the 4x400 relay team which finished fourth in the state…top times were 23.44 in the 200 and 49.61 in the 400. High School: A 2008 graduate of Jesuit HS in Carmichael, Calif…competed in track and cross country all four years…earned all-state honors as a senior…was twice named all-Metro by the Sacramento Bee and all-Delta River League…helped lead the Marauders to the 2006 California state title…team finished fourth at the national championships that season…top 5K time of 15:45 came at the state championships.
