CEO MESSAGE

HORIZON HOMECOMING

Before drafting this message, I had the privilege of returning from beautiful Rottnest Island in Western Australia, where we hosted the Horizon Owners’ Rendezvous. Every time I attend these events, seeing the Horizon yachts on the water and recognizing the familiar, smiling faces onshore moves me deeply.

What happens at these gatherings goes far beyond a simple manufacturer-client event. It feels like family coming together after time apart. While the handover of their Horizon yachts may have taken place years ago, the true narrative belongs to the owners who have since cruised, lived, and collected countless stories aboard their yachts. Hearing these experiences shared in such a warm and open setting makes it clear that the Horizon family is more than a brand statement; it is a genuine, heartfelt connection among owners.

This shared bond spans every corner of the world where Horizon cruises, connecting our community from Australia to Fort Lauderdale, Cannes, and beyond.

In recognition of the unique, family-like bond we share, I’m pleased to extend a special invitation: Welcome Home.

We are delighted to announce the return of our biennial Horizon Open House in Taiwan, taking place March 4–6. More than an exhibition, it is a grand gathering where we open our doors to welcome our global family. This is

where you will experience our latest innovations firsthand, including the spectacular new FD110, the FD100, the debut of the ES88, and a glimpse into the future with our Lexus collaboration—a truly exciting lineup.

Beyond showcasing our all-new models, I look forward to reconnecting with you personally here in Taiwan. Come and experience the passion and energy of Horizon’s birthplace.

Thank you for being part of the Horizon family. I sincerely look forward to seeing you here in Taiwan this coming March!

Horizon FD80 Wins Taiwan Excellence Award

Horizon marks a sweet sixteen with a fishing-ready FD80 that bridges the gap between rugged utility and high-gloss luxury.

AWARDS

Consistency can be a rare currency in the shifting tides of global commerce. Yet, for 16 years running, Horizon Yachts has claimed the spotlight as the sole yacht builder to be placed in the Taiwan Excellence Awards. The honor, presented by the Ministry of Economic Affairs on November 26, 2025, recognizes products that thrive under strict scrutiny across R&D, design, build quality, and marketing.

While the trophy acknowledges a legacy of leadership, the yacht behind the win—the FD80 Hull 16—reveals a nuanced chapter in the shipyard’s bespoke design work.

Christened Amethyst, this build is a departure from the norm. It’s the first time a fishing cockpit has been fitted to the FD Series, a modification that speaks directly to the owners’ dual desire for high-volume cruising and, powered by twin MTU 1,600hp engines for superior performance, going the distance for serious angling. The result is a four-stateroom-plus-crew layout with generous entertaining spaces.

The yacht’s moniker is more than a name and acts as a design directive. The owners, both born in the month of February and united in a passion for fishing, selected amethyst, their shared birthstone, for personal significance and as a symbol of good fortune. This personal connection weaves through the interior styling, where the stone’s violet energy meets a serene backdrop.

THIS PAGE
This year’s award highlighted the innovation of a purpose-built fishing cockpit for serious anglers ready to reel in the catch.

Stepping into the salon, the ambience is immediate. Water-bleached walnut sets a calm, textural tone, punctuated by a custom rug featuring a flowing pattern of fish and purple veining set against a gray base. The separation between the lounge and the forward galley is handled with artful subtlety: full-height custom mullion panels, fitted with RGBW backlighting, glow with a translucence that evokes the vibrant beauty of ocean life.

Shifting to the culinary domain, the open-style galley features a cohesive design, with Michelangelo quartzite as a unifying element dressing the surfaces, wrapping around the large island, and continuing across the countertops and the flooring, which is heated for year-round comfort.

Moving aft on the main deck, the highlight here is a custom-made dining table featuring an anchor motif with an amethyst inlay that adds a touch of nautical flair to the table’s design. Conveniently positioned flanking the built-in sofa, top-loading refrigerator-freezers ensure chilled refreshments are within easy reach.

Residential calm on Amethyst comes in the form of a full-beam master stateroom on the main deck with a custom-fitted bed and storage system framed by a towering, illuminated headboard of Texdecor vinyl. A bespoke Affresco mural houses the TV, creating a striking visual contrast that mirrors the yacht’s underlying gemstone palette.

Belowdecks, three unique VIP ensuite staterooms, each identified by a metal nameplate, await. The VIP in the bow, Ruby,

THESE PHOTOS When not angling, sumptuous living areas and plush accommodations await.

uses red accents and includes a versatile V-berth with a rotating bed configuration. Both the mirrored VIPs amidships feature expansive panoramic windows: to starboard, Sapphire provides a serene blue sanctuary, while portside Emerald offers rejuvenating green hues.

Up top, the bridge deck presents a retreat tailored to the owner’s specific rhythm of life. The fully enclosed Skylounge provides a climate-controlled haven with commanding views. Just outside on the boat deck, a circular Jacuzzi with a sleek Corian white onyx bar counter and three accompanying bar stools invites guests to linger. Completing this ultimate alfresco destination, a nearby teppanyaki grill and chest freezer ensure all the ingredients for a perfect outdoor gathering are always within easy reach.

Amethyst confirms the FD80 platform’s inherent versatility. She demonstrates Horizon’s capacity to master bespoke requests, all while upholding the elite standards recognized by annual accolades.

CONTINENTAL DEBUT

Bespoke design and European RINA standards converge.

The twelfth build of Horizon’s FD100 Tri-Deck arrives with a clear mission: bring generous volume and tailored refinement to owners in continental Europe. Developed with Dutch designer Cor D. Rover, Hull 12 meets RINA pleasure-yacht classification—a technical badge that underscores Horizon’s commitment to deliver familiar Mediterranean elegance with regulatory thoroughness.

THESE PHOTOS Natural light from full - height windows illuminates the main salon, where Minotti furniture rests on Cadorin oak floors.

Symphony of Style

Inside, the yacht commands attention with a poised, haute-luxury aesthetic. Cadorin European Oak Rock flooring and dyed-oak wall paneling set a warm, tactile tone, while black metallic trim and crisp lines lend a measured contemporary edge. Full-height windows on the main deck turn the salon into a framed sequence of sea and sky, bathing the living areas in light without upsetting the intimate, club-like atmosphere created by Minotti pieces: an expansive Alexander L-shaped sofa, twin Jensen armchairs, and a sculptural Daiki armchair around a low coffee table, all underlined by a Besana rug. Completing this picture is a bespoke Mikado Quartz side table, a 55-inch LED TV to starboard and, for convenience, a dayhead nearby.

The dining and galley area keeps to the same assertive flow. A ten-seat table and a clean white finish beautifully contrasted by cabinetry in the yacht’s signature dark-toned wood set the mood for the space. For added privacy between the galley and dining guests, a motorized Mikado Quartz partition can be deployed. Heated galley flooring provides consistent warmth underfoot, enriching the sensory ambience, while a conveniently placed wine cooler to starboard keeps fine vintages perfectly chilled. Sliding doors on both sides open the area to the exterior decks, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor transition.

Comfort, No Introduction Needed

Accommodation prioritizes comfort and privacy. A full-beam master stateroom occupies the main deck, with a king-size bed framed by a large vinyl headboard and accompanied by leather-topped nightstands. A symmetrical dual vanity graces the ensuite, centered around a Mikado Quartz stone shower as a focal point. That material language carries through below deck, where the mirrored VIPs amidships and two convertible staterooms maintain the dyed-oak palette for a cohesive aesthetic. Crew quarters are located forward, discreetly out of view.

Entertain, Relax, Repeat

Leisure spaces reflect the yacht’s dual nature as both sanctuary and stage. The enclosed Skylounge offers a versatile space that can be partitioned from the pilothouse and serves as a private salon: an L-shaped sofa paired with a suede-like fabric coffee table, forming a comfortable lounge area to starboard. To port, the bar with custom CNC-cut panels is finished in a sleek mattemetallic coating, while an 85-inch TV is centrally positioned for the best views. Large sliding doors extend this lounge onto the boat deck aft, ensuring a smooth transition from indoor to outdoor entertainment.

Deck Dynamics

When it comes to outdoor spaces, the Tri-Deck rewards alfresco living. Teak flooring and movable furniture let owners configure the space for sun, shade, or open vistas, while exterior cabinets stay low (under 80 cm) to preserve sightlines.

Aft on the main deck, a generous lounge groups plush sofas around a central table, orchestrated for everything from morning coffees to evening cocktails. To starboard, a fully equipped service area houses a wet bar and abundant storage.

Below deck, the engine room houses twin MAN V12 2,000hp engines and twin Solé Diesel 49kW generators. Moving aft, the garage is equipped with an OPACMARE davit, and the portside staircase is positioned to maximize interior space for tender storage.

Hull 12 doesn’t just follow the rules of yacht design, but sharpens them with focused precision for a discerning market. By combining a high-volume design and practical owner-focused detailing, this is a yacht that embodies exacting craftsmanship.

Coming Summer 2026

V74 Evo

Cruising, Evolved

Refining the owner-operator experience, the V74 Evo Hull 15 is a larger sister model born from the proven foundation of the V68. She features a reworked exterior and aesthetics tailored for the Mediterranean and will be completed in spring for a debut during the autumn boat-show season.

Signature of Grace

Timeless craftsmanship creates measured balance of luxury and livability.

A certain kind of ‘alchemy’ is required to make a 101-foot (30 m) yacht feel both grandly architectural and intimately cozy. In the FD100 Hull 14, Horizon seems to have found the sweet spot. This Tri-Deck, destined for the U.S. market, arrives not with a shout, but with the quiet confidence of a yacht well versed in the art of effortless hosting.

Fluid by Design

The main salon is where the yacht’s mastery of space is most apparent. Rather than rigid corridors, the layout relies on soft, curved joinery and a sophisticated play of light. The fluid lines of the woodwork, combined with the interplay of recessed LED and sculptural fixtures, work together to define planes of light and shadow, amplifying the sense of openness while retaining a cozy, private ambience that feels more high-end residence than traditional boat.

The salon and dining areas flow together. Anchoring the dining area is a dark-stained walnut table, its presence inviting unhurried, slow meals and company that stays. For moments when the crew needs to work in private, a Hi-Lo screen of wavy glass rises to wall off the galley, maintaining the aesthetic flow without sacrificing utility.

Efficiency extends to the main deck aft, which serves as a versatile social hub. Here, a foldable and height-adjustable table allows the space to pivot from a formal lunch spot to an open-air lounge, while a nearby wet bar and fold-up TV complete the entertaining amenities.

THESE PAGES

From the main deck aft to the salon and dining area, formal spaces are all about making guests feel at home.

When set for formal service, the wavy glass screen becomes an artwork in its own right.

THIS PAGE
In the master and guest staterooms, calm palettes and luxe textures set a restorative tone.

Crafted for Comfort

Within the five-stateroom layout, the owner’s suite, positioned forward on the main deck, is a full-beam retreat that leans heavily into tactile comfort. The woodwork is bespoke, with the bed frame and cabinetry punctuated by vertical lamps recessed into the joinery, creating a snug, ambient atmosphere. The ensuite is equally curated, with a shower wall clad in Italian Patagonia stone for a rugged, natural texture.

Below deck, guest accommodation is generously proportioned with a layout that respects the privacy of guests while ensuring the crew can operate discreetly. A backlit gray mirror stairwell leads to four ensuite staterooms, comprising two mirrored VIPs amidships, a forward VIP, and a portside cabin with convertible twin berths. A dedicated laundry room rounds out the guest section of the lower deck.

Twin CAT C32A 1,900hp engines are positioned amidships, and immediately aft are crew quarters for up to five, including a Captain’s cabin and crew mess. Past these spaces and down at the water’s edge, the plan opens into a hybrid beach club, featuring a bar, wet storage, and an indoor wet head with a rain shower, ideal for easy cleanup after time on the water.

THIS PAGE Practicality meets leisure in the lower deck layout, with well-planned crew quarters and easy access to the hybrid beach club.

Elevated Entertaining

On the upper deck, the enclosed Skylounge can be screened off from the pilothouse with a retractable partition. Serving as a private, climate-controlled retreat, it offers a large L-shaped sofa and a fully equipped wet bar flanked by two full-height, backlit stone wine cabinets. Step further aft to find a dining terrace for ten under a hardtop, featuring a concealed BBQ, bar, and movable sofas that can be cleared to make room for tender stowage.

The Tri-Deck designation truly earns its keep in the upper volumes. At the pinnacle of the yacht, a Jacuzzi and integrated shower, sun pads, a wet bar, and a 360-degree rotating 55-inch TV create a space that is as functional for a sunny afternoon as it is for entertaining under the stars.

Built on a foundation of effortless hospitality, Hull 14 carries the quiet confidence of a seasoned host: spaces arranged for natural conversation, amenities discreetly woven into the layout, and a subtle elegance that anticipates needs without announcing itself.

Enduring Appeal

Poise, performance and panoramic living.

FEATURE YACHT

With the launch of the 34th hull, the FD90 is a quiet assertion about what mid-range luxury yachting aspires to be. Nestled between the FD75 and the FD130 in Horizon’s Fast Displacement (FD) lineup, the FD90 is a defining model that reconciles brand pedigree, pragmatic engineering, and an appetite for gracious onboard living.

Spatial Intelligence

At first glance, this Skyline iteration reads as a study in restraint. Cor D. Rover’s lines remain unmistakably modern: crisp profiles, unbroken glazing, and disciplined proportions that make 90 feet feel generous rather than compromised. The architecture—full-height windows, expansive deck cutaways, and interior sightlines—works in service of a single objective: to prioritize the human experience through a heightened sense of space.

That philosophy echoes throughout. The main deck opens aft with a versatile lounge and dining arrangement finished in satin teak and connects seamlessly to the interior salon through sliding glass doors. Material choices in the main living areas are a refined blend of washed wenge and brushed European oak, with Mikado Calacatta Fantasy quartz and stone surfaces adding subtle accents.

Lighting is handled with similar discretion. Recessed warm LED strips and a few reflective surfaces do the heavy lifting to enhance the sense of scale, while bespoke furnishings are arranged to maximize an airy atmosphere and enjoyment of the panoramas presented by the FD Series' hallmark full-height windows.

Taking prominence, the L-shaped sofa and customized coffee table, which features an upholstered top with a polished metal base, are set atop a Jaipur Rug from the Tattvam collection. To starboard, two swivel chairs, a 55-inch TV, and a dayhead aft complete this space.

Moving forward, a ten-seat formal dining configuration and an electric Hi-Lo glass partition speak to owners who want ceremony and adaptability in equal measure. Supported by a satin-stained oak base, the dining table is graced by a pendant light overhead, while the ceiling is textured with a vinyl panel featuring lacquered detailing.

The galley’s ability to toggle between open and service modes is a thoughtful engineering touch with lifestyle implications—allowing hospitality to feel effortless whether entertaining ten guests or preparing a quiet meal for two.

THESE PHOTOS
Culinary meets social: the main salon, forward dining space, and open galley together form a warm, shared environment.

Suite Comforts

Accommodations include four ensuite staterooms designed for extended living: a full-beam master on deck, three VIPs below, and a convertible laundry/Pullman space that can become a fourth cabin. The signature master stateroom offers a king-size bed with a custom vinyl headboard and stone accents, while an S-shaped lounge chair perched on the port side offers the finest window views for moments of reflection. Dual vanities and a rainfall shower in the ensuite give it a spa-like feel.

Designed for refined relaxation, the VIP guest suites on the lower deck mirror the yacht’s cohesive aesthetic, featuring washed wenge accents, stained oak detailing, and plush carpeted floors. Aft of the engine room, crew quarters accommodate four.

THESE PHOTOS
Beyond the on-deck master and three below-deck VIP staterooms, the layout includes a multipurpose laundry space that quickly transforms into an additional cabin.
THIS PAGE
From quiet sunsets to large parties, the boat deck delivers open space and the freedom to tailor the environment to the mood of the day.

Skyline Living

Up top, the pilothouse and Skylounge configuration balances purpose and leisure. Dual helm chairs share the space with an L-shaped sofa that transforms into a pull-out lounge. Fully closable, the pilothouse forms a private command center removed from the leisure zones aft.

The split-use Skylounge sees a U-shaped lounging/dining area to starboard and a full bar with four barstools portside, all shaded by the hardtop. Aft, the deck opens into a large, reconfigurable area that can host group get-togethers around freestanding sun loungers or be used for tender and water toy stowage while underway—a practical nod to owners whose use of the yacht changes with the seasons. Generosity of volume carries through to the foredeck, which offers an inviting lounge furnished with a settee and sun pads and, like the boat deck aft, can be shaded with awnings for added comfort.

Underpinning the yacht design’s dual aims of performance and comfort are twin CAT C32A 1,900hp engines supported by twin Onan 29kW generators to deliver quiet efficiency for optimal seakeeping and relaxed cruising.

The FD90 weaves a top-tier yachting experience into a 90-foot framework, showcasing exquisite styling, clean lines, and an interior that feels far more expansive than its specs suggest. This latest build fulfills its brief in spades: to make the pleasures of ownership feel inevitable, not performed.

Just Right

Spaces engineered for ease, where every moment feels effortlessly right.

FEATURE YACHT

The FD80 reveals itself as a study in composed, thoughtfully considered spaces. Hull 17, the new Skyline model now available for immediate delivery in the U.S., reaffirms that design philosophy and the FD Series’ global appeal by tightening functionality around moments of ease and sociability rather than spectacle.

Cor D. Rover’s original brief of rethinking superyacht volume into a form that feels both generous and intimate is evident at every juncture aboard Hull 17. An elegant fusion of timeless design and modern functionality is distilled into a streamlined format that orients daily life around water-based recreation.

THIS PAGE
On the aft decks, soak in the Jacuzzi or linger over leisurely lunches while uninterrupted sea views inspire quiet reflection.

Rooms in Conversation

The main deck aft features a fixed-base dining table and sliding teak top with a mix of glossy and matte finishes set in a chevron V pattern. Arranged not as showpieces but as hospitality cues, they invite long lunches and slow conversations. It’s an approach that celebrates lived experience over display.

That intent carries inside. Full-height windows do more than brighten the salon. They dissolve the boundary between sea and interior, bringing an airy ambience not by scale but by connection to its setting. A custom L-shaped sofa and a natural walnut coffee table topped with Cambria Portrush stone are anchored by a luxurious hand-knotted wool rug, while European oak flooring with a bleached oil effect unifies the space with a soft, refined foundation underfoot.

The design vocabulary leans on quiet luxury. Tactile, durable, and cohesive, furnishings are tailored for comfort and sociability. The galley features a breakfast-bar layout with a Cambria Portrush stone wall and Cambria Newport flooring. Natural walnut cabinetry conceals the integrated refrigerator, while a central island with three barstools is topped by walnut-framed lighting. For privacy or an open feel, a roller-blind partition can be deployed to enclose the space.

THIS PAGE
The main deck salon frames the seascape beautifully while the galley features a Cambria Portrush stone breakfast bar and walnut cabinetry.

Signature Stays

Characterful and a hallmark of the FD Series, the master stateroom on the main deck spans the entire beam and ticks all the boxes for ample space and intimate comfort. A ceiling with curvilinear contours and framed in natural walnut stands out as a signature flourish. The layout invites effortless living—a king-size bed with a full-height headboard as the central focal point; the entertainment wall opposite the bed features a 50-inch TV; and the ensuite has twin washbasins centrally positioned with mirror-fronted storage lockers.

Below deck, the forward VIP has two sliding beds, mirrors on each side, and a TV wall in a 3D carved leather panel. A similar aesthetic is carried through to the mirrored VIPs amidships. A fully equipped laundry room features worktops finished in Cambria Portrush stone. Two crew cabins are situated aft of the engine room, with quick access to the beach club and swim platform.

Thursday offered guests a uniquely Western Australian adventure, with hands-on encounters celebrating the region’s famed seafood culture. Horizon guests joined Abrolhos Island Charters for a thrilling deep-sea crayfishing expedition, hauling fresh western rock lobster directly from the ocean.

Meanwhile, the ladies of the group enjoyed a sophisticated champagne cruise aboard a 42-foot Pirelli tender, soaking in the turquoise waters and pristine coastline in true luxury style.

Later that afternoon, both groups reunited for a relaxed yet unforgettable coastal lunch where the freshly caught crayfish were prepared and shared, providing a celebration of authenticity, camaraderie, and world-class produce.

Beneath the Southern Stars

The extraordinary four-day journey concluded with a magnificent farewell gala dinner hosted at the iconic floating venue, Seadeck. Guests dined beneath the stars at Samphire, surrounded by the calm waters of Rottnest Island, enjoying fine cuisine, premium wines, live entertainment, and heartfelt speeches reflecting on the shared experiences of the week.

It was an emotional and fitting conclusion to an event that celebrated not just luxury, but community, craftsmanship, and the global Horizon family.

2025 Boats Afloat & Roche Harbor Horizon Charms the Pacific Northwest

Horizon Yachts arrived in the Pacific Northwest this fall not merely to display a new model but to stage a subtle demonstration of what modern yachting can be: purposeful design, thoughtful luxury, and a clear sense of place. From the docks of Seattle’s Fall Boats Afloat Show (September 11-14) to the charm of Roche Harbor in the San Juan Islands (August 11-22), the debut of the V68 Skylounge affirmed Horizon’s rising resonance with West Coast boaters and longtime clients alike.

Crafted in collaboration with acclaimed designer Jonathan Quinn Barnett, the V68 Skylounge is a study in balance. From afar, her silhouette projects confidence. Aboard, the yacht reveals a temperament built around comfort without compromise. Visitors at both shows lingered on the salon’s aft bar and the open-plan galley that flows effortlessly into a boat deck made for convivial gatherings.

The enclosed Skylounge, complete with a dayhead, adds a flexible living space that feels equally suited for various

types of weather conditions in the Northwest. Three ensuite staterooms, including a full-beam master, and discreet crew quarters aft make the V68 as practical as it is elegant.

(Read more on this V68’s interiors inspired by Frank Lloyd Wright’s architecture in Vol. 68, page 36.)

Reaction from the docks was immediate and emphatic. Many who stepped aboard came prepared, having tracked the model’s evolution online, and left with the sense that the V68 had fulfilled expectations. Existing Horizon owners returned to trade stories and noted how the brand’s refinements have continued to respond to owner needs.

“Nicest yacht in the show” and “stunning” were frequent refrains, a response that speaks to more than attractive appointments and reflects a successful alignment of craft and lifestyle. “This year’s Boats Afloat Show confirmed that Horizon continues to earn strong recognition in the Pacific Northwest,” said Eli Arvidson, Horizon Yachts Seattle Sales & Office Manager. Horizon’s teams from Seattle and Florida provided a unified experience that bridged regional

perspectives. Sales representatives navigated busy docks with practiced hospitality, offering insights informed by East Coast builds and local cruising knowledge. That collaboration, which brought broader industry expertise to a Pacific Northwest audience, helped position the V68 not as an imported novelty but as a yacht made for the local cruising ethos: capable, comfortable, and considerate of the elements.

“Roche Harbor felt like a celebration of community and craftsmanship,” said Megan Komer, Interior Consultant. “Welcoming longtime clients alongside guests seeing Horizon for the first time showed how thoughtful design can create lasting connection.” Conversations also touched on sustainability and the future of yacht design, underscoring that Horizon’s vision extends beyond immediate luxury to long-term stewardship.

If the fall season proved anything, it is that Horizon is not simply selling boats but cultivating relationships. With strong attendance, warm feedback, and meaningful client engagement across two standout regional events, the V68’s West Coast run has done more than introduce a model— it has strengthened a community and hinted at the possibilities ahead.

2025 Cannes, Monaco, and Barcelona Shows Across Europe with Horizon’s Iconic FD Series

Horizon Yacht Europe’s Mediterranean tour was more than a successful run of boat shows and demonstrated the shipyard’s strategic push to deepen its presence in the European market. By introducing two distinctive additions to the Fast Displacement (FD) Series—the FD80 Skyline

Hull 15 and the FD100 Tri-Deck Hull 12—to three of the continent’s most consequential stages—Cannes, Monaco, and Barcelona—the yard did what the best shipbuilders do: it let the yachts speak for the brand.

THIS PAGE Horizon’s FD showcases docked at Europe’s top boat shows, ready to engage buyers, brokers, press and enthusiasts.

Speaking of Volume and the European Cruising Lifestyle…

A packed schedule saw Horizon put the FD models’ design language and intelligent high-volume engineering on full display. What the yachts said was twofold. First, Horizon has refined a practical, high-volume aesthetic that reads luxurious without resorting to ostentation. Both FD models offer interiors that feel far larger than their dimensions on paper suggest, thanks to considered proportions and fluid indoor-outdoor transitions. The result is spatial generosity focused on onboard living and entertaining, matching Mediterranean owners’ preference for conviviality and natural light as much as speed or headline specs.

Second, the models reaffirm Horizon’s commitment to marrying bespoke aesthetics with engineering discipline. The FD100 Tri-Deck’s compliance with RINA pleasure yacht classification underscores that Horizon’s visual refinement sits atop rigorous standards of safety and seaworthiness— an important reassurance for buyers increasingly attentive to regulations, resale value, and long-term ownership costs.

Demand on Deck

Strategically, the tour proved smartly targeted. Together, Cannes, Monaco, and Barcelona aggregate owners, brokers, and media attention, compressing exposure into a single, high-impact window. That concentration fueled more than admiration: it generated tangible commercial momentum. Both FD models garnered strong buyer interest and advanced discussions are currently underway, highlighting that Horizon’s emphasis on immediate-delivery models and customizable layouts is meeting real, timely demand in Europe’s luxury market.

The momentum of this season sets a high standard for Horizon Yacht Europe’s activities into the new year. The shipyard’s planned calendar through the first half of 2026, from major winter shows—boot Düsseldorf, the Palma Boat Show, and private events—to the biennial Horizon Open House in Kaohsiung signals a dual focus on sustaining European traction while keeping long-range pipelines and custom builds alive.

Horizon has carved out its place in the European stage as a purveyor of finely customized yachts available in ways that match the market’s appetite and is steadily building enduring relationships with owners and brokers who value the subtle blend of space, detail, and craftsmanship.

Horizon Spotlights V77s and FD Series in Standout Exhibition

From October 29 to November 2, the docks at the 66th edition of FLIBS pulsed with energy, welcoming over 100,000 visitors and featuring in excess of 1,300 vessels together with 1,000 exhibitors from more than 50 nations.

Set against that backdrop, Horizon Yacht USA’s presence attracted enthusiasts and discerning eyes alike. The exhibition showcased the shipyard’s ability to merge performance with high-level design, drawing attention to a fleet defined by refined aesthetics and build quality.

Among Horizon’s lineup, the V77s emerged as a show favorite. Her enclosed Skylounge helm, a versatile cockpit design, and the freedom of a 19-foot, 5-inch beam allow owners to switch easily between quiet relaxation and hosting duties without complex reconfiguration. In the V77s, Horizon has synthesized layout flexibility, tasteful detailing, and thoughtful ergonomics into a vessel that feels both purposeful and sensually pleasing.

Joining the V77s were three FD models that underscored Horizon’s depth of expertise and commitment to customization. The largest of the group, the FD100 Tri-Deck Hull 14, served as a masterclass in optimizing onboard real estate. Offering a full-beam master on the main deck, four ensuite staterooms below, expansive outdoor living areas, and a Tri-Deck with a Jacuzzi, she continues to raise the bar for luxury cruising.

THESE PHOTOS No tricks, just treats: The team brings a festive spirit to the Horizon showcase for Halloween weekend.

This emphasis on space carried over to the FD90 Skyline Hull 34, impressing with her focus on social flow. The open main salon and Skylounge wet bar suggest configurations that cater to entertaining, supported by a five-stateroom layout for extended guest lists. Rounding out the trio, the FD80 Skyline Hull 17 continues to punch above its weight class. Her enclosed Skylounge, four staterooms, and beach club are arranged within a more compact footprint, distilling the essence of the FD Series into a more manageable format.

Across these models, a throughline is clear: Horizon designs for authentic experiences tailored to owners’ lifestyles, keeping each hull from feeling ‘off-the-rack.’ At FLIBS, that client-centered approach was on full display, the vibe less corporate showroom and more reunion for long-standing owners, while the team facilitated conversations with prospective buyers that moved beyond technical specifications to the real experiences of life on the water.

2025 Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show Horizon Powercats Hit Their Stride

This year’s FLIBS wrapped up with a decisive flourish for Horizon Power Catamarans. Over five days, more than 600 visitors toured the PC68 and PC60 models on display. Though the opening day was dampened by rain, the weather and mood quickly lifted for the remainder of the show, and by week’s end, strong attendance and active engagement translated visitor interest into tangible momentum.

“The turnout and the quality of conversations underscored how strongly this market continues to grow,” said Jason Ford, Sales Agent for The Powercat Company.

Central to Horizon’s presentation was the highly anticipated Portuguese Deck layout, a feature prominently showcased on the PC68. This forward-facing, open-air oasis, accessed through a centerline pass-through from the flybridge, resonated strongly with guests seeking expanded exterior lounging and alfresco dining space. Combined with the semi-enclosed flybridge options, dayheads, and adaptable entertainment areas, this layout—now also available on the PC60 models—once again proved to be a differentiator for Horizon’s expanding powercat lineup.

It wasn’t long before the Horizon Powercat team confirmed meaningful results, with two sales made during the show: the PC65 Cellfish, purchased by a U.S. client stepping into their first powercat, and a new build order for a PC60 that will feature an open salon with a Portuguese Deck and skylounge configuration on the top deck. Several additional leads for the PC68 and the showcased PC60 round out a picture of sustained demand and market confidence.

THIS PAGE
Defining the modern powercat experience, Horizon's showcase welcomed visitors seeking maximum comfort and operational ease.

“The deals we closed during the show and securing several qualified leads speak volumes about the demand for Horizon Powercats and the confidence clients have in our design, craftsmanship, and performance,” Ford adds.

Beyond headline layouts, visitors were struck by the customization palette available across both models, from interior soft goods and stonework to advanced technical systems and accessibility-minded configurations. As with all new Horizon Power Catamarans builds, the PC60 and PC68 on display also carried Horizon’s advanced Victron power management package, a choice that highlights a quiet technical revolution: extended battery-powered cooling and meaningful efficiency gains that matter to owners focused on comfort and operational economy.

If the event offered a single takeaway, it was this: Horizon offers the definitive go-to for modern powercat owners—yachts that prioritize convivial outdoor living, considered interior flow, and practical innovations that make long days at sea as effortless as they are elegant. ABOVE
