The most renowned rendezvous was the dinner held by Boris Yeltsin and Jacque Chirac at Tsarskaya Ohota in 1998. It’s a point of pride for Arkady Novikov to serve guests who wield real power. Head chef Dmitry Kanevsky, in his turn, is proud to present a menu that is truly based on traditional Russian gastronomic life. The chef is absolutely convinced that it is his guest and his wishes that the chef’s work must be devoted to.
