s I write this in early February, the market is already heating up. Sales meetings are dominated by talk of multiple offers and buyers who need to find a HOME that’s not yet listed. While some of the competing national markets are softening, Atlanta, and more specifically Buckhead and the Intown neighborhoods, continue to see rising prices and low inventory.
