s I write this in early February, the market is already heating up. Sales meetings are dominated by talk of multiple offers and buyers who need to find a HOME that’s not yet listed. While some of the competing national markets are softening, Atlanta, and more specifically Buckhead and the Intown neighborhoods, continue to see rising prices and low inventory. HOME had the most successful 4th quarter since opening in 2021. Our agents enjoyed several landmark
sales and continue to excel at providing the gold standard of service to our clients while simultaneously reinvesting in our community. We look forward to celebrating our 5th anniversary this spring, opening a new office in the heart of Buckhead, and continuing to set the standard for what it means to be a true luxury brokerage firm.
