2017 PARTNERSHIP SUMMARY for SHEA HOMES shootphotostudio shoot_photo
THANK YOU! As we reflect on the past year, we want to thank Shea Homes, your partners, supporters and staff who have worked passionately to support HomeAid America and numerous HomeAid chapters this past year. We are incredibly grateful for your Silver Level partnership and ongoing support of our mission of building new lives for America’s homeless through housing and community outreach. HomeAid has now completed more than 500 shelters around the country totaling 2,400,000 square feet of space at a cost of approximately $230 million, of which nearly 48 percent represents in-kind donations by builders and their trades and suppliers. Our facilities have now housed more than 300,000 people. But there is still more to be done. We have 60 new projects in various stages of development. Your renewed gift will help us to continue our work to build housing homeless families and individuals who have lost their safety net due to job loss, desertion, teen pregnancy, domestic violence, natural disasters and other circumstances beyond their control. Thank you again for your generosity and compassion for Americans experiencing homelessness. Sincerely,
Peter Simons, CEO Susan Blen, Stewardship Director
