- Any dietary requirements for your party members are required three weeks prior to your event.
- Any advised dietary / allergy requirements will be carried across all courses.
- All dates are subject to availability.
- A per-person deposit is required to confirm attendance, which is non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Final balance is required four weeks prior to your event.
- Like most UK businesses, we are working closely with our suppliers to ensure we are able to deliver the advertised menu, however there may be changes to the products we serve on the day. We will inform you of any significant changes.
- Alcohol may not be brought into or removed from any event at Hilton Newcastle Gateshead. Should any alcohol be brought on property, this will be removed.
