OVERVIEW OF THE JOB ROLE

Digital Marketing Fund Management is focusing on online marketing to call resources work together to support disadvantaged students. So the marketing team is very important in the coming time: •Use photos and videos to tell about the scholarship given students who have overcome the difficulties to grow, thereby inspiring everyone.

•Trainees and members of the marketing team plan to implement marketing campaigns to promote the organization's message.


JOB DESCRIPTION Create marketing ideas and plan to do it with your team members Support for making video clips with professional video editing software

Discuss with your team to build the script and chose the place to make the clips, you may support in make 3 or 4 clips during the internship

Participate in AIESEC activities: Vietnamese Class, City Tour, LEAD, Culture Day Fill in AIESEC Feedback Form


Specific Working Conditions • Interns will have all materials which needed as computer with strongly configured for video design and editing. The organization does not have video and camera equipment (equipment will be rented outside if trainee does not have). • In December you might have a chance join the social project which is provided by the foundation to help poor children in district 8. • Food: Buying by themselves 3 meals/day-from $2-$5


OVERVIEW OF THE JOB ROLE

English Teacher The English class is one of the most important classes of The Boosting Education Program which aims to improve the English skills of architectural university students. Improving English helps students to access the world's architectural achievements, especially for disadvantaged students who are not qualified to study in prestigious English language schools. The trainees will teach English to two groups of students, each group will study 3 times a week in the evenings from Monday to Saturday. Maximum number of students per group is 20. The syllabus is based on each student's background, trainees will guide their learners and record progress each week.


Job Description Contribute to the evaluation, development and improvement of English language courses, materials, and related services by working as a member of the teaching team The syllabus of the course is quite similar to TOEIC and is already prepared for you, interns will design the way to deliver the lesson Evaluate the level of students with given criteria, moreover it can be added in by interns if any The level of students is elementary or intermediate Prepare and deliver the daily/weekly lesson plan based on the curriculum Monitor learners’ progress and provide timely feedback to course supervisor to manage learners’ performance throughout a course Participate in teacher training activities as required, interns will have a week to discuss and adjust the syllabus before teaching Work with the members of the organization to write a project proposal in English in formal way to send the sponsors for helping the HTP foundation Participate in AIESEC activities: Vietnamese Class, City Tour, LEAD, Culture Day Fill in AIESEC Feedback Form


Specific Working Conditions • Interns will have all materials which needed as computer, notebook, printer … but they have to make plan and design for content and also need to prepare their laptop for other activities. Each class has 15 to 20 students. • In December you might have a chance join the social project which is provided by the foundation to help poor children in district 8. • Food: Buying by themselves 3 meals/day-from $2-$5


KEY LEARNING POINTS for the intern Having more good opportunities to discover Vietnam culture, Vietnam people and many famous places of interest scattered throughout the city. Improving soft skills: Team working, time management, public speaking, presentation, working professional ‌ Challenge yourself to get flexibility, creativity and social organization management skills


Joining full time and having responsibility 90% activities of department (English teacher and Marketing team).

KEY RESULTS

(expected from the intern by the end of the internship)

Contributing creative ideas in every activities giving feedback after every tasks. Having good attitude with their job they are working. Interns should use English as mother tongue – Have clear pronunciation in English. (just advanced level, we don’t require high English level)


Accommodation There are comfortable accommodation covered for female EPs, provided for male EPs (the organization supports $50 for male EPs for 6 weeks)

Working hours: 36 hours per week, 6 hours per day. Interns will work with the project manager to schedule teaching plan then they will teach English from 5pm to 9pm. Vacation policy: 1 day off per week (Sunday) Salary (net in USD): none Salary payment: none Duration: 6 weeks Ealiest Start Date: 1st August 2018

PREPARATION

(Required before the internship)  Improving soft skills: presentation, communication, team work, using Microsoft Office...

to join this project.  Researching and learning Vietnam culture, characteristics of young generation to easily adapt and well prepared with culture shock.  Preparing ideas to solve problems in working can be caused in case lack of experiments or misunderstanding.  Bringing laptop, cell-phone (more suitable if it is smartphone), camera, notebook.  Having good attitude always take responsibility with this Job.
