Profitability We maintain profitability which means that we make sure that we are staying ahead of the costs of doing business. We focus on controlling costs in both production and operations while maintaining the profit margin on products sold. Customer Service Keeping our customers happy is a primary objective of our company. We give our customers various services. Customers can bring their old bike to let it restore or get an ebike instead. If they choose the second option, they must pay less for their e-bike. Because as a bike store we create of the old bike a new e-bike. We also give our customer a chance to test our e-bikes out for 2 hours, so they can experience the quality as well as possible. Maintain Financing Even a company with good cash flow like us, needs financing contacts in the event that capital is needed to expand the organization. Maintaining our ability to finance operations means that we can prepare for long-term projects and address short-term needs such as payroll and accounts payable. Marketing Marketing is more than creating advertising and getting customer input on product changes for our company. It is understanding consumer buying trends, being able to anticipate product distribution needs and developing business partnerships that help our company to improve market share.
