Crisis Cell Members: The primary audience is the students, their parents, and the government. The secondary audience is the media, other high schools, and Ifrane inhabitants. I.
Pre-Crisis Phase ● Provide a map of the high school, and show all the possible issues. ● Set up sessions of fire preventions for all the faculty, staff and students to present the necessary items to use and how to use them in case of an eventual emergency. ● Put as much smoke alerts as possible in every area and buildings, and put in evidence the emergency number everywhere.
During the crisis: ● Call the emergency local phone number, firefighters, ambulances and police. ● All students, staff and faculty need to meet in the school yard after the alarm goes off ● Help anyone who doesn’t know where to go and forget about your material stuff
Post crisis Phase : ● Put in place different teams that will be in charge of discovering the cause of the fire. ● Make sure that the victims of the incident are safe and sound, and treat their aftershock state. ● Organize an event in order to talk about the fire, its causes of it and consequences in order to prevent it from happening again for the same reasons.
