Red Hatters visit cottage The Hamilton Red Hat Dove Town Divas enjoyed a drive out of town Wednesday, Feb. 20, traveling over to Cranfills Gap to visit Iris’ Teapot Cottage. Iris greeted us with a warm welcome and the fun time began with a tour of the cottage of teapots. There were teapots everywhere – of all shapes, sizes and colors. It seems no two were alike. She told us she had been collecting about nine years and has them from everywhere. They were beautiful and were gleaming in every room and in a shop out back. They enjoyed a nice lunch there and took some pictures also. The group sang Happy Birthday to Joyce Havens as she had a February birthday and wore the purple birthday hat. QM Valene Herzog called for a short business meeting. She said thank you for our group to Iris and her helper for the wonderful tour and visit and for the delicious lunch they served us.
