National Spanish Exam National French Exam Results from West Hollow MS, High School East and High School West 2010 129 West Hollow students participated in the National Spanish Exam. The exam was administered in the Mac Lab from March 23rd through March 25th. The participating teachers were Mrs. Dutra, Mrs. Lantier, Ms. Mills, Mrs. Wagner and Mrs. Watt. The students earned a total of 11 Gold Awards, 44 Silver and 23 Bronze. 36 students received an Honorable Mention. National French Contest (Le Grand Concours) Mrs. Mamodesen and Mrs. Beatty are happy to announce the results of this year's National French Contest (Le Grand Concours). With over 24,000 students competing at the (level 1) 8th grade level nationwide, West Hollow had 12 students place in the top 10 in Suffolk County and 2 students ranked in the top 10 in the nation. In Division 1A (8th grade students who began to study language in middle school), this year WH is the school with the most students ranked in the top 10 in the county.
